As I reflect on the latest Black Lives news, I share my recollection of common themes and patterns that I’ve witnessed since I was 7 and share my experiences in the nuance times of today and the impact it has as a person of color living in this world.

I also discuss what makes this series my favorite and what elements and themes set it apart from the standard horror fare

During my insomnia, I tackle and open up about the weight of a past hurt and it’s challenges and I speak as I process it and what I plan to do to persevere.

As we are going through the pandemic, i wanted to shine a light on mental illness and share my experiences as a sufferer of it, the things we can do to alleviate the struggles we experience from being socially distant from one another and reiterate the importance of taking care of and relying on ourselves more.
