Hey all

Well, I got on the mic for a "quick" hello to say that I was blown away by the response from everyone when I decided to come back.

And then I started talking about what a shit-tastic year 2025 was

trigger warning: talk of death, caretaking, losing people but also not trigger warning, talk of joy

bottom line, 2026 CANNOT y'all, CAN NOT FUCKING SUCK EVEN IF IT TECHNICALLY SUCKS

We WILL SEEM FUN

xo, jen

This is the old I Seem Fun coming back to life 12 years later but in a new way! No set day it drops. There can be multiple posts per week, audio, video, anything! Not a "formal" podcast. A place! A place for us all to meet up and try to have some fucking fun around here. Too much shit has gone down to ever really "go back" and also too much shit has gone down to not go back to a little silly-ness about whatever. But this isn't a podcast. It's a place. I'll show up as often as I can with videos, audios, pictures, writings. All of it the exact same kind of stuff you remember from I Seem Fun, honest and personal stories from my life, and hopefully funny at least sometimes. My observations on culture and the world. It will be different but it will feel so familiar, I hope it will give you some comfort in this world run by baby-eating billionaires. Join and help me hit my goal of 2,000 subscribers!

This week: Jen talks about how (and why) this is the closing/final episode of “No Fun” and why there was no penultimate episode last week…being radicalized for Madonna but not seeing her concert, honest truths about 2023 revisiting old thought patterns, and finally the podcast ended as it began - with a passion for needing to do it!
