Welcome to May! This is a massive transitional month. We are finally shedding and letting go of the heavy Scorpio Energy and purging emotions we are needing to fully release. Welcome to April! The month of divine transformation. The energy has been brewing for some time and now it's time to choose your path. We are the creators of our own experience. The thoughts we had yesterday are the substance of our today. And as more and more of us are waking up, we are becoming aware of this and seeing it in our day to day lives. The Law of Attraction has always been a thing, but with the energy speeding up at such a rate, we are really starting to see the cracks and glitches in the timelines. We are also able to jump timelines and shift much quicker than we have before, but it requires focus and persistence. The energy is so fluid that you can be holding the vibration of your desired timeline one day and the next not be a vibrational match. This is because energy is so much less dense than it was in 2022. This density, though uncomfortable and exhausting at times, allowed us to hold timelines a bit easier. However, it was much harder to switch timelines. So the "good news" is, it's easier to switch timelines the "bad news" is we have to put more energy towards maintaining our desired frequency. Use this month to ground into the roots of your future manifestation. Pick the path you want to materialize and hold your focus to it daily. This isn't about thinking positive but rather conscious creation. 

With a bold brilliant Jupiter conjunting the Sun on the 11th and Mercury retrograde just a few weeks later, now is the perfect time to get clear on what you are wanting to manifest and retrain your brain to see your reality from a higher frequency. I also go over the Full and New Moons for the month and how they are collectively affecting us.

The Astrology of Gilmore Girls Pt 1 w/ Katherine Wehler

This week I’m joined by Astrologer/Akashic Reader/New Paradigm Business Coach Katherine Wehler to talk about our favorite teen show: Gilmore Girls. Breakdown of the Episode:

Katherine and I discuss our own love of Gilmore Girls and how we first discovered the charming town of Stars Hallow.

We talk about how to actually pronounce the name Sookie. The internet was a buzz in debate. Don’t worry we solved it!

I explain my insane system to keep track with the birth info and it’s accuracy based on the show. You’ll have to see it to believe it. Make sure to check out my IG for a photo of the mad scientist-like chart that I created.

We break down the birth chart of Rory Gilmore which is the only 100% accurate chart the show provides.

We then hopped over to Lorelai’s Birth Chart which is partially fabricated by me. We do know that she was born on April 25th 1968, in Hartford, CT however the time is not known. Katherine and I both agreed she is a Sag rising. So with that in mind you can go ahead and set her birth time for 9:06pm if you’re a super fan and an astrology nerd like us!!

We end part one discussing Emily Gilmore’s chart. Now this chart was the most debated of the three. We don’t have Emily’s day/month/year but we both feel pretty confident she’s a Scorpio. Based on some info int he show we chose her year as 1942. We both agree that she is def an earth rising sign and ruled out Taurus (Lorelai’s Sun Sign) for sure. Tune in to hear us debate Virgo/Capricorn Rising for Emily and then share your thoughts!

The date we decided on for Emily is November 19, 1942, in Hartford, CT. The two times we discuss are 11:56am for a Capricorn Rising and 1:59am for Virgo Rising.

There’s only one other character that we have an exact birth date for based on the cannon of the show. Can you guess who it is? Tune in to find out!

Planetary Rulers: Days of the Week

Ever wonder why your low energy on Monday? Or why you are always feeling good on Fridays and ready for date night? Every day of the week is ruled by a different planet in astrology. We have seven traditional planets that correspond with the seven days of the week. Keeping in mind the daily planetary rulership will help you plan your schedule week to week without having to know a ton about astrology.

TUESDAY: Ruled by Mars. On Tuesday’s you will likely have a lot of energy. Make sure to get your workout in and go after your to do list! Mars is our raw primal energy, and goes after whatever is in front of them. Tuesday’s are great days to put yourself out there and go after what you want. However, this may not be the best day for you to plan.

WEDNESDAY: Ruled by Mercury. Mercury rules communication, learning, details, and also rules day to day life. You are likely to be a lot more detail oriented and able to fine tune things. Use Wednesday’s to focus on emails, communication of all types, editing, and scheduling for the week.

THURSDAY: Ruled by Jupiter. Jupiter is the planet of learning, luck, higher eduction, spirituality, and abundance. You are likely to be much more optimistic, open minded, and able to see the bigger picture. Great activities for Thursday: taking a course, getting reiki, meditating, channeling, medicine journey’s, or pitching services/packages to new clients.

FRIDAY: Ruled by Venus. Venus is the planet of love, beauty, art, money, connection, relationships of all types and romance. You may feel a little more connected to yourself and your partner on Friday’s. This is the perfect day for date nights, shopping, creating art, reviewing your budget, getting a beauty treatment done, or pitching services/packages to new clients.

SATURDAY: Ruled by Saturn. Saturn is the planet of discipline, structure, order, responsibility and limitation. It’s also the planet of delays and consequences. Saturdays may not feel as relaxing as we’ve been programmed they “should” be. This is a really great day to create and accomplish your to do list and complete any tasks you been putting off.

SUNDAY: Ruled by the Sun. The Sun rules our vitality, sense of purpose and what we consider to be “real.” If you’re a water sun, feelings are what’s real. If your an earth sign, whats physical is what’s real. The sun is a visible “planet” (luminary), so Sunday’s are a great day to promote yourself and plan to be visible. This is also a wonderful day to get in touch with your higher power + your higher self.

MONDAY: Ruled by the Moon. The Moon rules our emotions, the way we nurture and our inner world. It also rules sleep, and our intuition. You may feel more lethargic and in need of more rest. The moon also changes signs more than any other planet. This means your energy level will vary drastically week to week. Focus on nourishing yourself body and soul. Take a bath, cook a nutrient rich meal, or connect with your intuition. Take it easy on Monday’s. Honor your divine feminine.

SUN: The sun starts the month out at 11.8 degrees of Aquarius and goes all the way to 9.1 degrees of Pisces by the end of the month. While the sun is in Aquarius, we are motivated by our hunger for knowledge, experience, and originality. Innovation is more important to us than convention.On the 18th the sun makes it’s way into the watery mutable sign of Pisces. With the Sun in Pisces, we are guided by altruistic feelings. We are less motivated to do than we are to feel, imagine, and dream. A “what will be, will be” attitude reigns, and we are guided by a sense of universal correlations. Signs that will notice this shift the most are Leo, Aquarius, and Pisces.

THE FULL MOON occurs on February 5th at 16 degrees of Leo

This full moon is all about releasing anything that is keeping you from being seen. We are also being asked to shine light on others in whatever area of our chart Leo is in. Signs that will feel this full moon the most are: Leo, Taurus, Scorpio, Aquarius, and Cancer.

THE NEW MOON occurs on February 20th at 1 degree of Pisces:

This new moon is all about connecting with your higher self inviting flow into that area of your life. This new moon is especially important because this is the last new moon in Pisces that will occur before Saturn moves into that area of your chart. Use this new moon to set intentions around how you are wanting to work with Saturn over the next three years. Signs that will feel this new moon the most are: Pisces, Virgo, Gemini, Sagittarius, and Cancer.

MERCURY: This month, Mercury starts out at 17 degrees of Capricorn and finally reaches it’s shadow degree of 24 of Capricorn on Feb 7th. Mercury in Cap has been focused on creating systems and making sure they are set up to stand the test of time. And on the 12th, Mercury will move into Aquarius where we will focus on innovation and progress. Signs that will notice this shift the most are: Gemini, Capricorn, Aquarius and Virgo.

VENUS: Venus starts the month out at 6.1 degrees in it’s sign of exaltation, Pisces. But by the 20th it makes it’s way into Aries where it will end the month at 9.4 degrees. This means Venus is moving from her favorite position to one of her most challenging. Venus in Pisces is tender and affectionate, although hard to reach nevertheless, as there is a longing for something that is hard to define and hard to satisfy. Borders and boundaries blur under Venus in Pisces. The shadow side of this position is allowing ourselves to be victimized or deluded, as well as evasiveness. Venus in Aries is aggressive, confident, and impatient. She wants what she wants when she wants it. Now is the time to go after what you want in love, money, and pleasure. Signs that will notice this shift the most: Pisces, Aries, Taurus, and Libra.

MARS: This month begins with Mars at 10.3 degrees of Gemini and will finally reach it’s shadow degree of 18 degrees on the last day of the month. In Gemini, Mars is considerably more versatile and flexible–and considerably less determined and focused! Our interests become more diversified, possibly to the point of going off on so many tangents that we are scattered and ineffective. Signs that will most affected by Mars are Gemini, Aries, and Scorpio.
