Born into poverty under Communist China and raised as an atheist, Pastor Bob Fu was a student leader in the 1989 Tiananmen Square protests—narrowly escaping death when the massacre unfolded. Disillusioned and betrayed, he encountered the power of the gospel through a smuggled biography and surrendered his life to Jesus. His transformation from communist revolutionary to underground church pastor and global advocate for the persecuted Church is nothing short of miraculous. Today, as founder of ChinaAid, Pastor Bob shares how Jesus changed his life and why the gospel, not politics, is the only true hope for China and the world.
