• It's a quickie, but it's one of those episodes I thought was important to record because I just got my mid-section binder and I wish I had this on Day 1 after surgery!

• Sorry I can't link to the one I got. It's no longer available!

• I make note in the episode to pay attention to sizes. Measure your mid-section, if you need to. My husband has a long mid-section and would probably need the longer one (12") if he had ab surgery of some kind. For me, I have a rather shorter midsection so the 9-inch binder worked fine for me.

• I didn't expect to feel this much shifting of organs internally, but the binder helps with that feeling. I find I'm walking faster because of it.
