As the Day of Love approaches, a lot of us think about the relationships in our lives but, the people we love should not occupy our minds only on Valentine’s Day. Our closest personal relationships have the potential to inspire, motivate, and make our lives deeply meaningful. However, if we don’t put conscious effort into build healthy connection with the right people, we can end up drained, tired and hurt. So in this episode we dive deep into psychology research on how people fall in love - romantically and platonically - and how to make these relationships more nurturing for both sides.
