Kaitlin is an aspiring adventurer! Already, her life has taken her to Australia and various locations in the UK. She spent much of her childhood in the Cairngorms and this playground was a catalyst for her love of the outdoors.

In this episode, Kaitlin shares her outdoors adventures including the West Highland Way twice, paddle boarding and a 500 mile charity walk. We also talk wild camping and in particular, solo wild camping when you're a female.
