We've all been in situations in our lives where we've come up with reason upon reason for not doing something. These my dear friends are excuses! You want to write a book, a poem, a song, lose/gain weight, eat better or travel somewhere you've never been. You say things like, I'm too old, I'm not smart enough, no none will want to read my stories or listen to my music, it's too hard and so on.
Time passes, which could be weeks, months or years. You get frustrated and give yet more excuses for why you won't do this or that. In this podcast I share with you some insights on how I am able to stay focused on the things that I want to get done. I understand how releasing the need to make excuses works for my highest good.
