Everest Group welcomed Michel back in 2017, after a successful decade serving as Chief Research Officer at The Hackett Group and Market Track. He is responsible for guiding the practice’s research agenda and architecture and aligning its capabilities with the market’s disruptive changes and next-generation demands. Michel is a current member of the IAOP Strategic Advisory Board (SAB) where he offers insights to help shape the direction of the association.
