Wir alle machen im Leben Phasen durch, in denen wir uns niedergeschlagen fühlen oder andere belastende Gefühle haben. Wenn dies ein Dauerzustand ist, sollten wir natürlich professionelle Hilfe in Anspruch nehmen. Aber für diese kürzeren Phasen lohnt es sich, zu schauen, woher diese Gefühle kommen. Schon in der Bibel kannten Moses, Noomi, Hannah, Hiob oder David Situationen, die Bitterkeit, Angst, Traurigkeit oder Zweifel hervorriefen. Leo Bigger ermutigte uns, diese Gefühle in der Kraft von Jesus zu lenken.

What is the need behind my feelings? What thoughts arise from these feelings and what is still true in all of this? Pastor Leo takes us back into the world of feelings and emotions in this message. Sometimes you feel terribly bad and make because of its big decisions, the next day you wake up and maybe wonder what the past I thought, because everything feels different again now. Where can a foundation be found in this inconsistency? Recognize your needs and arrange your feelings and thoughts. But the most important thing is not only the question of your interpretation and truth, but what God's truth and way is to deal with your needs.

Was ist das Bedürfnis hinter meinen Gefühlen? Welche Gedanken entstehen aus diesen Gefühlen und was ist in all dem eigentlich noch wahr? Pastor Leo nimmt uns in dieser Message wieder mit in die Welt der Gefühle und Emotionen. Doch das Wichtigste ist, stell nicht nur die Frage nach deiner Interpretation und Wahrheit, sondern was Gottes Wahrheit und Weg ist, mit deinen Bedürfnissen umzugehen.

The nasty thing about the feelings is that they can feel highly juvenously and in the next moment they can feel deeply sad. The good thing about the feelings is that we can learn to steer them. Jesus was very emotional and is therefore our role model when dealing with emotions. He took every indictment that was given to him as a hanger to announce the gospel. Please God to help you deal with your feelings, especially with the stressful ones. Especially after a miracle or intensive work of God in your life, the moment of "camp hole" comes, as Leo describes it. This is the moment when you are particularly vulnerable. Das Fiese an den Gefühlen ist, dass sie sich hoch jauchzend und im nächsten Augenblick tieftraurig anfühlen können. Das Gute an den Gefühlen ist, dass wir lernen können, sie zu lenken. Jesus war sehr emotional und ist deshalb auch im Umgang mit Emotionen unser Vorbild. Jede Anklage, die ihm entgegengebracht wurde, nahm er als Aufhänger, das Evangelium zu verkünden. Bitte Gott, dir zu helfen, mit deinen Gefühlen umzugehen, insbesondere mit den belastenden. Besonders nach einem Wunder oder intensivem Wirken Gottes in deinem Leben kommt der Moment des "Camp-Lochs", wie Leo es beschreibt. Das ist der Moment, wo du besonders angreifbar bist. Jakob had many gifts, was determined and looked for fame. He shines the blessing of the firstborn. But the blessing struck in curse and he had to flee in front of his brother. Outside abroad, in the middle of the night, he probably went some questions and worries through his head, which you certainly know: "What should I do? Who am I still, now where I have nothing more?" It is difficult to endure these questions at all. We struggle with God, struggle for answers. Jakob is an example of how God lets this struggle create great. And what God did for Jacob, he does for you too. You can openly and honestly hurl the most existential questions - he can handle it and will answer you.

Jakob hatte viele Gaben, war zielstrebig und suchte den Ruhm. Er erschlich sich den Segen des Erstgeborenen. Aber der Segen schlug um in Fluch und er musste vor seinem Bruder fliehen. Draussen in der Fremde, mitten in der Nacht, gingen ihm wohl einige Fragen und Sorgen durch den Kopf, die du sicher auch kennst: "Was soll ich tun? Wer bin ich überhaupt noch, jetzt wo ich nichts mehr habe?" Diese Fragen überhaupt zu stellen, schmerzt, ist schwer auszuhalten. Wir ringen mit Gott, ringen um Antworten. Jakob ist ein Beispiel, wie Gott aus diesem Ringen Grosses entstehen lässt. Und was Gott für Jakob tat, tut er auch für dich. Du darfst Gott offen und ehrlich die existentiellsten Fragen entgegen schleudern - er kann damit umgehen und wird dir antworten.

"You will never change!", As the saying says: "A leopard cannot change its spots". Once Leopard, always Leopard. Once porn addicted, always porn, and so on. However, the message of Easter is exactly others: "You don't have to stay the way you are!" Are your life or parts shaped by secrets, trauma, addictions or idols? Then you can say "Jesus, I have a problem!". Bring your promissory note to him, he washes you snow white. The consolation you receive from God will be the story of your life that will change your environment. In Easter, bonds are solved and dead are alive. Find four strategies how you remain free and how you can always find the moment of liberation in your life- not just at Easter.

Dann darfst du sagen "Jesus, ich habe ein Problem!". Bring deinen Schuldschein zu ihm, er wascht dich schneeweiss. Den Trost, den du von Gott erhältst, wird die Story deines Lebens, die dein Umfeld verändern wird. An Ostern werden Fesseln gelöst und Totes lebendig.
