Lori Vallow Daybell’s nephew-in-law testifies about conversations he secretly recorded with Melani, Lori, Chad and Alex Cox discussing spiritual attacks. Other witnesses discuss Tammy Daybell’s insurance policy and multiple copies of death certificates found for both Chad and Lori’s previous spouses.

• Det. Ryan Pillar investigated Brandon Boudreaux’s shooting and indicated how it ties to Tylee and JJ being missing.
• For chad’s status hearing, June 2024 is a prospective trial date. The state estimates a 9-week trial, the defense estimates a 12-week trial, both include jury selection and the mitigation phase.
