Ministry is not for professionals; ministry is for everybody. If you have the Spirit of God alive in you, you should be able to win, train, and send somebody in your influence. You know somebody who’s far from God but close to you. — Troy Nesbitt

You need to trust God’s plan for you and how He’s allowing you to be developed, cultivated, and mentored. — Vance Pitman
