Although there can be many reasons why people stay in unhealthy relationships, the number one cause is a lack of identity. In other words, when our identity is formed around our crisis instead of who we are in Christ, we compromise and allow things we would not have otherwise.
Paul said, "The smallness you feel comes from within you. Your lives aren’t small, but you’re living them in a small way" (2 Corinthians 6:12, MSG). In other words, we can be restricted by our emotions and lack of identity. And this is the topic being discussed on this week's podcast of Identity Advantage with Daphne and Angie.
It's God's will for us to know the advantages of our identity in Christ!

Do you know who you are? Do you know your empowered heritage? Do you know who is standing with you, beside you, before you, and within you?
Our IDENTITY is in Christ and God has empowered us with His Word and nothing empowers and emboldens us more than an understanding of Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon formed against you shall prosper..."! And in this episode of Identity Advantage, Daphne and Angie discuss how important it is for saints to be armed with these truths!
Get ready! You're about to be empowered!

It's one thing to have head knowledge of scripture, but it's a whole other ballgame to have heart knowledge of God's Word! And in this episode of Identity Advantage, Daphne and Angie talk about how faith moves from your head to your heart-- and WHY this understanding is important if you want to walk in the authority of Jesus Christ.
God wants to confirm His Word to us. This week's podcast will help you know how He does that!

Who are we to say how God reveals His love and forgiveness to others? Is anything impossible with God? Of course not. In fact, God is quite able to find unique ways to enter a person's life and reveal Himself to them in order to reveal His love, forgiveness, and salvation.
In this episode of Identity Advantage, Daphne and Angie discuss the movie, The Shack. Daphne had read the book beforehand, but Angie had not. Entering the theater with two different perspectives, they left with identical observations about the lengths God will go to reach a person with His love.
Both Daphne and Angie love God's Word and would never want to entertain anything that could possibly twist or taint a person's perspective of God, and without hesitation, they give The Shack a big thumbs up! Tune in to find out why.

There's a lot of debate in this culture about what love should look or act like. The modern message today is, love me and what I'm doing or supporting, or you don't love me at all. Is that the standard of love?
In this episode of Identity Advantage, Daphne and Angie discuss the boundaries of love (yes, there are boundaries). But the boundaries are not, do I love or not love? The boundaries are, how far can I go with you before I have to let my love continue but not my feet? God is love. And God has set parameters of what love looks like and how love acts.
It's a great discussion this week! Hope you'll tune in and share your thoughts with us as well.

The crazy thing about deception is you don't know you're deceived until you discover you've been deceived! Too often, the enemy has fed us a lie that there's an imaginary lid over our lives that will keep us from fulfilling our potential-- when in reality, the lid has been removed through Jesus.
In this episode of Identity Advantage, Daphne and Angie share examples of how the enemy gets us to believe our own lies, and how to fight back and recognize his deception before it takes root in our life.
We want you empowered! This week's podcast will help you!

On this episode of Identity Advantage, Daphne sits down with Rev. Jen Tringale to talk about defining moments and destiny. Jen ministers with a specific anointing to bring clarity and focus to the purpose of God in people's hearts, and she heavily emphasizes how everyone can impact the culture around them no matter their vocational calling.
As always, the question is asked: How did you discover the advantage of knowing your identity in Christ? Jen uses the backdrop of Esther's story to answer this very helpful question. You will be encouraged by her revelation!

Have you seen those signs or t-shirts that say, "I don't want to ADULT today" ?? There are days we feel like that, but honestly, the goal is to adult everyday. In other words, mature, grow, be strong, stable, and any other word you want to combine with adult-ing.
In this episode of Identity Advantage, Daphne and Angie look at some verses in 1 Peter 2 that can help any person locate where they are on their personal (spiritual) growth chart. We all start as newborns, and all have to navigate the adolescent years, but the goal for every person is to grow up spiritually (in other words, adult).
This was a real eye-opener to us. We believe it will help you too!

Have you heard the story about the woman who thought she was shot in the back of the head, only to find out later it was a can of exploding biscuits? We laugh now, but in reality, we've all fallen victim at one time or another to an alternate truth.
In this episode of Identity Advantage, Daphne and Angie talk about how easy it is to let a grain of truth wrapped in a lot of other stuff cloud us from realizing (or even choosing) God's Truth on the subject.
Don't let your reality become an alternate truth to THE TRUTH.
