Mention sickness, and it's not hard to picture what that looks like. The same is true of depression or sorrow. But what does spiritual victory look like?
In this episode of Identity Advantage, Daphne and Angie discuss the different faces of victory in Christ. The Bible says, "Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ..." (2 Corinthians 2:14). In other words, in Christ, we always walk in victory -- no matter what it may look or feel like at the moment.
This week's podcast will be a great encouragement to you!

Battles come in all shapes and sizes, but how we handle ourselves in the trial makes all the difference!
In this special episode of Identity Advantage, Daphne is joined by Rev. Jay Hoskins on the road in Florida to expound on the recent discussion about what you need to know when facing an obstacle you can't see around. One thing we know for sure is, God will never lead you toward a battle He doesn't see you winning!
One of the advantages of knowing who you are in Christ is that no matter what it looks like, you know WHO you belong to and WHO you can trust to lead you in the battle. Remember, God is for you!

Have you ever faced something that looked impossible to pass? Or maybe you knew it was possible, but how? Of course you have --you're human-- we all have. But what do you do when you face something hard?
You remember this: God didn't bring you this far to let you fail.
In this episode of Identity Advantage, Daphne and Angie talk about the children of Israel as an example of facing something that looked impossible. They faced the Red Sea and didn't realize how many ways God had already set them up for victory. Sometimes we are in the same boat. But we would do well to remember God's faithfulness! He has given us His Word, His Spirit, and many tools to see us through to the other side of our obstacles!

John Bevere said, "Many are unable to function properly in their calling because of the wounds and hurts that offenses have caused in their lives. They are handicapped and hindered from fulfilling their full potential. Most often it is a fellow believer who has hurt them."
How sadly true this is.
In this episode of Identity Advantage, Daphne and Angie discuss the causes and cures of offense, especially identifying the ways the enemy has stopped people from doing what they once so passionately pursued in their walk with God. It's time to expose the enemy's strategies and re-engage the Body of Christ!
Fishermen use different bait to catch different fish- the same way the enemy knows what bait to use to catch you!

The Bible says Jesus was anointed by God to "heal all who were oppressed by the devil" (Acts 10:38). And Jesus Himself said, "The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor..." (Luke 4:18). Oppression is an attack of the devil and the word poor literally describes those who are crouched and heavily burdened. Jesus has a great desire to help those in this condition.
In this re-broadcast of the one-year anniversary of Identity Advantage, Daphne and Angie take a serious look at depression and oppression. These two are similar but not exactly the same. Depression describes being sunk down because of grief, whereas oppression describes the feeling of being heavily burdened (or we could say it feels like depression with a rock on top of you). Either way, these emotional attacks are very real.
So just as real as depression and oppression are, so is God's love for us! And God has given us tools to help fight these spiritual attacks from the enemy!
