We all have opinions. We all have our way of doing things. But in all reality, our thoughts, feelings, strength, and knowledge concerning every situation must decrease to allow HIS truth and revelation to increase.
In this episode of Identity Advantage, Daphne and Angie talk about what's required to actually decrease and let Christ shine in our lives. Some people may think to decrease means to lose yourself, but really, when you gain knowledge through God's Word, the requirement is simply to assemble what you've been given. Others will never see Christ (in the forefront of your life) if you never assemble what's been given to you.

Inspired by the subject of a new book by Doug Spada, the title of this week's podcast speaks volumes all by itself. What does it make you think about?
In this week's episode of Identity Advantage, Daphne and Angie share their thoughts on the often unintentional behavior of Christians in the workplace. Atheism is the denial of God, so a "Monday morning atheist" describes one who forgets or goes about their business without God in mind. But why? Why do Christians do this?
This is the topic of our conversation this week!

COMMENT on this post: Monday Morning Athiest
Any one of us could be the author of this quote! But all the more, we should apply it to ourself (from ourself). In other words, you probably need to remind yourself often that your story isn't over yet.
In this episode of Identity Advantage, Daphne and Angie discuss 2 Peter 1:2-11 which gives us a lot of promises that are contingent on some intentional effort. Francis of Assisi once said: "Start by doing what's necessary; then do what's possible; and suddenly you're doing the impossible." Growth takes effort. And all of God's promises require our participation--but the reward is always worth it!
