This is a 1-hour sound bath built with 432 Hz tones and rain.
Something steady.
Something you can sit with.

The idea isn’t to force relaxation.
Just to give your nervous system something consistent…so it can start to slow down on its own.
Some people say 432 Hz is more “natural,” more in sync with the body or the world around us.
Maybe.
Maybe not.
But if you stay with it long enough, you might notice things soften a little.
Use this for:
• sleep
• stress relief
• meditation
• or just sitting with yourself without needing to fix anything
