In this episode...or thing. I don't know because I've gone from mulitple 3 hour recordings a week to 11 minutes of whatever it is, whenever it's done.
We're going into the matrix and talking about one of its primary mechanisms, doomscrolling . I tried to talk about how it hooks your brain and impacts your #soul .
There's even a little ( or a lot depending on who you ask ) science behind your scrolling habits, why your brain loves those quick dopamine hits, and how neuroplasticity is making those endless social media sessions harder to break.
Then there's also the spiritual side of constant scrolling and how it disconnects you from the present moment.

There's a way that breath awareness , emotional check-ins, and mindful pauses can transform your relationship with your devices.
By setting intentions and curating your feed, you can reclaim your attention and nourish both your mind and spirit.

I talk about that a lot, but to be honest, you don't need to change everything.
I guess I just want everyone to know how important they are and what's really at stake in every moment we are alive.
