On this episode David and Kam dive into a conversation about music artist that don’t get enough props in the music industry. The fellas give their opinions on the D Jaxn situation, without getting too tied up in the gossip of it all. Ultimately the David and Kam end up giving their perspectives concerning people’s comparisons of “decent” vs. “trifling” men and how it ties into toxic church culture. On today’s episode the fellas discuss fatherhood and some of the new challenges as they go along this journey. They also discuss Kirk Franklin and his challenges with his son. The fellas also touch on the current “stop Asian hate” and how the see it. David explains what he enjoyed and didn’t enjoy and “Coming 2 America”, while Kam admitting he didn’t see it yet, expresses his issues with all the negative reviews. 

On todays episode the guys discuss a story about a man where selflessness ends and doing for self begins dealing when helping family, at least that's how he framed it... hmmm. Spoiler alert... the guys also speak about the movie “I care a lot” and how much they really cared about the ending of the film. Kam explains why he believes a certain figure in history was white. While David also explains how to get more candy as a child from members of the church, David also waxes eloquent giving his review of ADD-2's last album and the feature by K-Love the poet. The guys kick off Black History Month with a little bit of history as well as possible futures they see for African descendants of slaves. David and Kam get into some dialogue about reparations which eventually leads them to looking up the prices of chitterlings or chitlins; depending on who's selling and who's buying the product. David and Kam discuss starting a podcast together and quickly began to dive down various rabbit holes. From the inauguration of the new U.S. President to the Rushing of the Capitol building, the guys discuss how they saw all the events going down and what they see on the horizon. David explains how the new President can learn a lesson from a high school classmate mouthing off to a coach, while Kam explains how the insurrection reminded him of Lion King. The conversation ends with hope for better things to come while offering unique viewpoints.
