  • 08 - When We Are in Need (Venison and Atheism)

Marcy and Paul get philosophical in this episode! Paul defines the term "venison" so that audiences can pick up on cannibal code. Marcy copes with violence through laughter. The pastor cult leader vibe prompts both hosts to tell their stories of being atheists.  They also discuss how the TV show does justice to one of the most memorable cut scenes from the video game. • 07 - Left Behind (First Love and Pranks Galore)

Left Behind is an episode composed primarily of a flashback to Ellie's first love and loss. Paul and Marcy do a lot of awing over this adorable episode. They also discuss how they hate being pranked, which naturally comes with some good prank stories.  Experience their disappointment at Ellie's tragic inability to hold on to happy moments. They also continue to be impressed with the show runners dedication to staying true to the video game, while adding new depth to this amazing story.

  • 05 - Endure and Survive (Kathleen's Revenge and Clicker Contortionists)

Paul and Marcy have been waiting for the episode Endure and Survive for quite some time. Two of the most beloved side characters from the game, Sam and Henry, join Ellie and Joel for a short time on their journey to Wyoming. Despite the sad ending, there is some fun to be had during this somber episode. Paul continues to force Marcy to talk about the Kathleen storyline, but  Marcy continues to reveal her bloodthirsty nature as she revels in the deaths of Kathleen and Perry at the hands of clickers. We finally get that boss fight Marcy has been dying to see!  And the hosts just can't stop talking about the blooming relationship between Ellie and Joel. Join us so we can laugh and grieve together!
