Honestly though…what are your feelings and thoughts around honesty? Do you live in an honesty forward way? What does that even mean? Is there a difference between truth and honesty? Do you feel you were brought up with being honest as a value? Does kindness or politeness trump honesty in your behaviors? Are you being honest with yourself and others in your life, or do you believe it's conditional? And if it is conditional, when is it "okay" to be dishonest?

These are some of the questions and contemplations that came up for us in this episode.
