He also discusses his charitable efforts and how he is building a martial arts school in Haiti.

Today's guest is Dr. Christina Truesdale. She is a recently retired Major in the United States Army and competitor in the 2018 Department of Defense Warrior Games. She will share with us how she has been able to overcome injuries and obstacles. Her account is both uplifting and inspiring. The Warrior Games were established in 2010 as a way to enhance the recovery and rehabilitation of wounded, ill and injured service members and expose them to adaptive sports.
