Expressing gratitude is the one secret key to change your life from scarcity to abundance. It's really that simple.

What if?.....how often does that question interrupt your day? That's the brain determining if life is safe and running scenarios to "plan for". Instead it becomes an obstacle of your joyful life.

Letting go of fear and scarcity makes room for that joyful life.

The body is a vessel to house your soul. Our responsibility is to care for that vessel.

Do you see yourself clearly? Or are there two very different versions of yourself that are on direct conflict? 

Let's change that, know you are whole.

Motion is lotion! 

Our bodies are meant to move, breath, and make sound. When we laugh, sing, and dance, we invite our bodies to be expressive and be present in the moment. 

"Just let go" they say......like somehow that's easy, like somehow that will fix everything, like somehow that will change my life in an instant. What does that even mean?

Letting go for me was/is a process. It begins with  awareness...as in, hey, my shoulders are super tight. It allows a softening to occur, a breath deep into the belly to be taken, and some simple check in to come back to the present to happen.

Letting go doesn't have to be all at once. Yet, the beauty of letting go is that it creates space to receive abundance.

Lesson from boxing.....meet the problem where it's at, then decide.

I learned from my boxing coach that more power comes from "catching" a punch from an opponent than from trying to swat away their incoming arm. This "catch" protects your body, stabilizes position, and gives leverage to decide next move. 

That's empowered radiance. 

Welcome to 2026! It is the year of the Horse which invites us towards movement and expression of who we are.

Instead resolutions or goals that will quickly fade, what about embracing who you truly are? What would it FEEL like to fully embrace your personality, your joy, gifts, and radiance? My mom would often say, "You can't win the lottery if you don't buy a ticket." Life offers many tickets, if only we are willing to receive.
