This week, I sit down with Chad Uddstrom. Chad is a hockey player from Pittsburgh turned world traveler and blogger. After studying abroad, Chad became obsessed with all things that had to do with Latin American culture. From the people to the landscapes, Chad began to submerse himself in that world. Traveling all over, Chad has seen and experienced so many incredible things and this entire episode is all about his journey. We talk about living in different places, learning the language, the food, the traditions, the good, the bad, Los Gringos TV, and we even talk about how Chad made a Parody song for a countries famous drink that plays on the radio to this day. This is the longest episode yet. I sat there and listened to Chad talk about the most interesting stuff for over 3 hours and I was completely fascinated. Enjoy the special 2 part week.
