Dumping and dog fouling are two issues which, unfortunately, never seem to go away in Clare.

It is the former problem we return to on today’s Morning Focus.

Kilkishen appears to be dealing with a serious level of illegal dumping, something which has been highlighted by a local public representative.

Posting on social media recently, the Kilmurry-based Fianna Fáil Councillor Alan O’Callaghan said: “The level of dumping locally over the last few weeks has gone out of control.”

To discuss this further, Alan Morrissey was joined by Fianna Fáil Councillor Alan O’Callaghan, Secretary and Treasurer of Kilkishen Development, Olivia King, and Laura Woods, a concerned resident.
