I'm Actually Talking Barrel Racing and Horses Today

We are talking horses and barrel racing today! I know this is not something that I typically talk about on the podcast, but this is what my life has been about the most recently! Don't worry, I will relate this back to real life. I watched a documentary that made me want to dive in more to the science of how we can help our horses improve. I did begin to work on the scientific pieces, but I also began to work on other changes.  I realized that what I really wanted to focus on was just moving the marker. The small, marker move changes that I will share with you seemed small, but they were os monumental in my career. I think sometimes people have so many goals they want to achieve, but have a hard time defining the difference between a goal that you would do absolutely anything to achieve, and a interest in doing something that brings you joy. I want to talk through this with you in our usual car commute chat fashion, and I hope it helps bring you some clarity when it comes to moving the marker in your life.
