Returning to Italy after years brings a mix of nostalgia and fresh experiences. The blend of familiar streets, old friends, and the distinct flavors of Italian cuisine is both comforting and exhilarating. Visiting Rovigo, my Italian "hometown," and reconnecting with friends while experiencing life in Italy has made this trip special. Spending time here, collaborating on the Italian Citizenship and Real Estate Podcasts with my good friend Marco Permunian, adds layers to my experience of expat life in Italy. Despite changes over time, the deep connection I feel to this place remains strong, making every moment rich and something I might be able to reccomend for anyone considering expat life in Italy.
