I am always a bit hesitant to talk about mental health, because I am a dummy. In my opinion, there are far too many people giving advice and guidance in the world of mental health, that shouldn't be. I am certainly someone who has and does suffer. Depression and addiction are part of my fabric. It is this familiarity that inspires me to do these episodes. I am scared that most of us are all too familiar with despondency and it should be our exception, not our norm.
