I'M PEAKING episodes

August 07, 2024 SHOULD DJ'S TALK ON THE MIC LESS?? (ft. JAUZ) | I'M PEAKING EP. 50
In Episode 50 of the I’M PEAKING Podcast, we dive into all things Dance Music - from the perspective of both the artist and us listeners. We chat about an artist’s influence on music curation and the power it invokes in human physical reactions. These reactions are what artists feed off during live sets, creating unique experiences for everyone, even those with intrusive thoughts. We delve a little deeper into this ocean, touching on philosophy and discussing ideas to shift perspectives and SIMPLY ENJOY MUSIC. Which we get to do when JAUZ shows us TWO UNRELEASED Tracks!! Reeling the fishing pole back, we have some fun sharing embarrassing festival stories, talking about the iconic Baby Shark track, and exploring music trends in the global Electronic Dance Music scene. JAUZ was such a fun guest, and we really enjoyed filming this episode. So, take a swim with the sharks for a bit and BITE THIS!

In Episode 49 of the I'M PEAKING Podcast, we are blessed by the presence of Dariush Mash (aka MASHBIT), an incredible producer and social media ICON now making his way into the House and Techno Scene with some KILLER music. We also talk about some deep issues like if it's socially acceptable to cry at a music festival, what our go-to cry songs are, and the experience of fighting with your significant other at an event. There's a lot more we get into (including a story of a girl literally sh*tting on the dance floor at an indoor event), but you just gotta watch the episode to find out..';)))) ENJOY!!

April 10, 2024 SUNFLOWERRAVER ON LOSING A LOVED ONE, RAVE FASHION, BEYOND WONDERLAND, & MORE | I'M PEAKING EP. 41
On Episode 41 of the I'M PEAKING Podcast, we had the pleasure of chatting with our good friend and rave fashion icon, Hera Sfikas (aka Sunflowerraver)! From discussing the origins of her unique moniker to exploring her journey into rave fashion and modeling, we delved into a range of topics. We explored the importance of self-expression in the rave community, shared insights from recent festivals like Beyond Wonderland, Ultra Miami, Rolling Loud, and Laser City, as well as discussed vital harm reduction practices and Devin's car getting broken into. Hera also covers her relationship with BTSM as well as her favorite festivals, the difference between the American and UK rave scenes, and more! Don't miss out on this insightful conversation with Sunflowerraver ❤️
