For a quarter of a century, we’ve stood firm in proclaiming the indwelling life of Yeshua, equipping believers to walk in truth, courage, and prophetic clarity. From humble beginnings to a global media outreach, this ministry has faithfully advanced Christ-centered discipleship, Hebrew-rooted devotionals, and transformational teaching across generations. As we celebrate this legacy, we honor the countless lives impacted, the spiritual battles won, and the unwavering mission that continues to shape the Church from the inside out. Here's to 25 years of Kingdom impact—and the next chapter of bold, Spirit-led ministry.
Listen to the podcast version:
During President George W. Bush’s administration, serving on his Special Council, I served as a strategic leader in advancing the Faith-Based and Community Initiative by representing Arizona as President of the Arizona Faith-Based Alliance. Under this banner, I worked in direct alignment with the White House Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives, helping to mobilize churches, ministries, and community organizations to engage in federally supported outreach. Supposedly, my leadership played a vital role in removing barriers that had long prevented faith-based groups from accessing government resources, ensuring that spiritual integrity and biblical values remained central to social service efforts.
My involvement was marked by prophetic clarity and administrative excellence, bridging the gap between federal policy and grassroots ministry. Through conferences, strategic planning, and public advocacy, I assisted in shaping our nations faith leaders in contributing to a national movement that empowered faith communities to serve the poor, the marginalized, and the broken—without compromising their spiritual mission. My work reflected the heartbeat of compassionate conservatism, rooted in the indwelling life of Yeshua and committed to transforming culture from the inside out.
However, there was a glitch, 9-11!
The tragic events of September 11, 2001, dramatically shifted the priorities of President George W. Bush’s administration, placing national security and the war on terror at the forefront. As a result, the momentum behind the Faith-Based and Community Initiative—once a cornerstone of Bush’s domestic policy—was significantly disrupted. The initiative, designed to empower religious organizations to serve the poor and marginalized through federal partnerships, lost visibility and legislative traction amid the urgent demands of homeland defense and foreign conflict. Key figures like John DiIulio Jr., the first director of the White House Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives, departed shortly after the attacks, symbolizing the initiative’s sidelining. Though executive orders continued to support faith-based efforts, the broader vision of transforming social aid through spiritual partnerships was eclipsed by the administration’s new identity as a wartime presidency.
After Mr. Dilulio’s departure, a couple friends of mine, Director of Health and Human Services, Tommy Thompson & Alberto Gonzales, encouraged me to incorporate my home ministry of IOM America. Heeding the counsel and recognizing the shifting tides of national focus after 9/11, I humbly resigned my position with the White House Faith-Based Initiative. In obedience to a higher calling, I went on to establish IOM America as an official nonprofit—dedicated to proclaiming the indwelling life of Christ and equipping the Church with transformational biblical truth. Thus, in 2001, IOM was incorporated.
Before making the decision to resign my position, I struggled deeply—fully aware of the weight and significance of the choice before me.
One afternoon, after leaving Mr. Gonzales's office, I stood outside the building hoping to secure a taxi back to my hotel. But with rush hour in full swing, none were available.
Suddenly, a black presidential limousine pulled up in front of me. The window rolled down, and the driver leaned out, asking if I needed a ride. I responded, “Sir, I cannot afford such a ride—no thank you.” With a warm smile, he replied, “This one’s on me.” I climbed into the back seat, and off we went.
Immediately, he glanced into the rearview mirror and asked, “Are you a born-again believer?” Slightly stunned, I responded, “Yes, I am. Are you?” He smiled and replied, “You could say that.” Then, for the next hour—driving aimlessly around D.C. just to spend more time with me—this driver spoke of details from my life that only my wife and God could have known. It was deeply unnerving.
During our discussion, he spoke of prophetic events soon to unfold in the Middle East, and revealed that God was calling me to play a significant role in unveiling established prophecies and ministering to despairing souls in the End Times. He went on to instruct me to establish a ministry that would help advance this divine mission.
At first, I thought the man was crazy—but then I began to wonder if he was an angel sent by God. How else could he have known such private thoughts and intimate details about my life?
I asked him for his name. He simply replied, “My name matters not.” I then requested a business card, and he said, “Don’t worry—you will hear from me again.” He stepped out from behind the wheel, walked around to my door, opened it, and embraced me with a warm hug. As I approached the entrance of the hotel and the doorman reached to open the door, I turned for one final look—but the limousine had vanished. There was nothing there.
At that moment, I couldn’t tell if I was losing my mind or if I had truly encountered an angel of the Lord. I returned to my room, collapsed onto the bed in exhaustion, and everything faded to black. Almost instantly, I entered a vision—a dream so vivid it left no doubt. It confirmed that I must resign from my current position and establish IOM America as my final and lifelong mission.
IOM America was birthed out of a divine encounter—one that pierced through the ordinary and left no doubt that the Lord was commissioning a lifelong mission.
After a surreal conversation with a mysterious driver who seemed to know intimate details of my life, I was led to a vision that confirmed the calling: resign my current position and establish a ministry focused on unveiling prophetic truths and ministering to despairing souls in the End Times. This wasn’t a career pivot—it was a divine appointment.
The “why” was unmistakable. In a culture increasingly distracted from spiritual realities, God stirred a mandate to equip His people with clarity, courage, and Christ-centered resources. IOM America was established to be more than a media and discipleship platform—it was to become a voice in the wilderness, preparing hearts for the indwelling life of Yeshua and the prophetic fulfillment yet to unfold. Every article, broadcast, and teaching would serve that sacred mission. Today, this is the IOM America (Institute of Ministry) that I serve.
Special Note: I did hear from this gentleman again. One day, while working in my office, I received a call from the Governor’s office. They said, “We have someone here who needs to speak with you.” When they transferred the call, I instantly recognized the voice—it was my old angelic friend. Without hesitation, he outlined the mission in bullet-point detail, providing a clear roadmap for what needed to be done. That divine directive has guided me ever since; it’s the very mission I continue to carry out to this day.
So there you have it—the culmination of 25 years of mission work, faithfully fulfilling the prophetic calling upon my life and honoring the dedicated workers who have walked beside me on this sacred journey.
As we mark 25 years of prophetic ministry through IOM America, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to each of you who have stood with us—whether by reading our materials, watching our broadcasts, or sharing our message with others. Your prayerful engagement, words of encouragement, and faithful participation have sustained and energized our calling to equip the Body of Christ with the indwelling life of Yeshua. Every testimony, comment, and shared post shouts out the truth that this mission is not mine alone—it is ours, together.
To keep this sacred work thriving, I invite you to continue your partnership through three simple but powerful acts: forwarding our content to those hungry for truth, restacking our posts to amplify our prophetic reach, and giving gracefully as the Lord leads.
Your generosity—whether through time, treasure, or testimony—helps us press on toward the greater calling set before us. Together, we will continue to proclaim His truth boldly, disciple the nations, and prepare hearts for His return.
So, maybe—just maybe—we'll reach another marker of 25 years. But if the Rapture comes first, let it be said we were found faithfully laboring in His name, watching, working, and waiting for our Blessed Hope.
Until then, we press on with joy, knowing the harvest is great and the time is short.
