Listen carefully, can you hear their voices? “Leaving behind the weight of tyranny and the chains that bound our worship, we crossed the vast and perilous ocean with Scripture as our compass and covenant in our hearts.
In this untamed wilderness, we believed God was planting a nation—one shaped by His Word, sustained by His providence, and destined for a purpose far greater than ourselves.”
GOD | COUNTRY | CONSTITUTION
There was a time in America when the words God, Country, and Constitution formed the unshakable backbone of our national vocabulary. They were spoken with reverence, taught to our children, and woven into the very fabric of public life. But today, it’s as if all three have been surgically removed from our national speech—quietly extracted from classrooms, courtrooms, media, and even everyday conversation. What once defined us is now dismissed, and the pillars that held this nation upright have been pushed to the margins.
When a nation loses its grip on God, Country, and Constitution, the cost is far deeper than political tension or cultural disagreement—it is the slow unraveling of the very fabric that once held the people together.
Without God, moral clarity fades, and truth becomes negotiable. Without a shared love of country, unity dissolves into competing tribes and identities. Without the Constitution, the guardrails that protect freedom weaken, leaving citizens vulnerable to the whims of power. The result is confusion, division, and a nation adrift—no longer anchored, no longer cohesive, and no longer certain of who it is or what it stands for.
SORRY GRANDPAS’
To my father, and to his fathers before him—stretching all the way back to Jeffery Phinney who crossed the ocean on the Mayflower—I offer my sincere apology. I acknowledge the burdens you carried, the sacrifices you made, and the silent battles you fought so that future generations could stand on firmer ground. If in any way I have misunderstood your struggles, taken your legacy lightly, or failed to honor the cost of your courage, if I could, I would ask for your forgiveness. Your endurance, faith, and resilience built the foundation I now stand upon, and I carry your name with renewed humility and gratitude.
The Pilgrims and Puritans did not leave Europe merely in search of land or economic opportunity—they left because their souls were suffocating under systems that sought to control their worship and silence their devotion to the Living God.
In England and across Europe, the pressure to conform to state‑regulated religion grew unbearable. These believers longed for a place where Scripture, not kings, governed the conscience. Their departure was not an act of rebellion but an act of obedience. They saw themselves as a people called out, much like Abraham leaving Ur or Israel stepping into the unknown at God’s command. Their journey across the Atlantic was fueled by a profound conviction that God Himself was leading them into a new chapter of His redemptive story.
This sense of divine calling shaped everything they did. They believed they were entering into a covenant with God—not only as individuals but as a community bound together by shared faith and purpose.
When they spoke of America, they described it as a “wilderness promised land,” a place where God would plant a nation rooted in His Word and free from the corruption of Old World powers. The untamed forests, harsh winters, and unknown dangers were not obstacles but confirmations that they were walking a path only Providence could sustain. In their minds, this new land was not simply a geographic destination; it was a spiritual assignment. They came believing that God was writing a story through them, one that would stretch far beyond their generation and shape the destiny of a nation yet unborn.
The Bible was the Foundation of Their Life
For America’s earliest settlers, the Bible was not merely a religious text—it was the blueprint for daily life, shaping family structure, education, and community order. Scripture guided how parents raised their children, how schools taught reading, and how communities resolved disputes. The Geneva Bible, with its study notes and emphasis on personal responsibility before God, became the settlers’ most trusted companion, influencing their understanding of liberty, governance, and covenant. Sermons were the heartbeat of public life, serving as both spiritual nourishment and civic instruction. In a world without mass media, the pulpit was the nation’s classroom, shaping the moral imagination of a people determined to build a society rooted in God’s Word. However, today, that is all gone, a note for America’s history books.
Covenant Theology Built Its National Identity
The settlers understood their new society through the lens of covenant theology, believing that just as Israel entered into a covenant with God at Sinai, they too were forming a sacred agreement with the Almighty. The Mayflower Compact stands as a clear covenantal document—an intentional commitment to form a “civil body politic” under God’s authority. This covenantal mindset shaped their laws, their expectations of one another, and their understanding of national identity. They believed a nation was accountable to God for its conduct, its justice, and its moral character. In their minds, America was not simply a political experiment but a people bound together in sacred responsibility before the Creator.
They Understood the Power of Repentance
The early years in the New World were marked by hardship—famine, disease, bitter winters, and internal conflict. Instead of blaming circumstances, the settlers often turned inward in spiritual self‑examination, asking whether they had drifted from God’s commands. Public days of fasting and prayer became common, moments when entire communities humbled themselves before God and sought His mercy. They believed deeply that obedience brought blessing and disobedience invited hardship, a worldview shaped by the covenant patterns of Scripture. These repentance movements forged a spiritual resilience that helped them endure trials and remain anchored in their divine purpose.
They Understood the Need for Legacy
The biblical worldview of America’s early settlers left a profound imprint on the nation’s culture, shaping its understanding of liberty, justice, education, and moral responsibility. Their belief in covenant, personal virtue, and accountability before God influenced everything from the founding documents to the rhythms of community life. This worldview still matters today because it offers a framework for human dignity, ordered freedom, and national purpose—principles that remain essential for a society seeking stability and moral clarity. The legacy they left is not merely historical; it is a spiritual inheritance calling future generations to remember the foundations upon which the nation was built.
Am I dreaming?
As I composed this essay, I found myself struck by the unsettling realization that I was describing a nation markedly different from the one we inhabit today. The America of the Pilgrims, Puritans, and Founders—shaped by covenantal thinking, moral resolve, and a shared reverence for divine authority—felt almost foreign when set beside the fragmented culture of our present age. The values that once defined our national identity now seem distant, as though they belong to another people in another time. In writing about early America, I was not merely recounting history; I was encountering a vision of a nation whose spiritual coherence and moral purpose stand in stark contrast to the disordered landscape we now host. This dissonance underscores both the magnitude of our drift and the urgency of remembering the foundations upon which this country was built.
TO DIE FOR
As a grandchild of several Mayflower passengers and a direct descendant of a signer of the Declaration of Independence, I will remain faithful to the sacrifice and sacred commitment they carried—to establish a nation that honors God above all.
Their courage, their covenant, and their willingness to risk everything for a future they would never see compels me to stand firm in my own generation. I will guard the legacy they entrusted to us, and I will defend this God‑honoring nation with the same resolve they demonstrated, even to the point of giving my life if required.

DUDE - YOU WORK FOR ME!
Dr. Stephen Phinney
Listen to the Podcast Version:
In this prophetic post, I share the remarkable journey of how I trained AI to work for me—not as a replacement for Spirit‑led discernment, but as a finely tuned tool shaped by clarity, intentionality, and purpose.
The big question…
Let’s get the big question out of the way.
Is AI a tool of the devil, and will it be used by the Antichrist?
The answer is easy: yes, and yes.
In a world already conditioned to trust digital voices, the Antichrist is likely to leverage AI as the perfect global megaphone—an always‑present portal through which he speaks, shapes thought, and standardizes belief.
Note: The machine itself is not evil; the danger lies in the hands of those who choose to use it for evil purposes.
With AI’s ability to personalize information, the Antichrist wouldn’t need to persuade the masses through force; he could educate them through tailored instruction, feeding each person a curated stream of ideology that feels rational, compassionate, and enlightened. AI’s speed and reach would allow his doctrines to be translated instantly, embedded into daily routines, and reinforced through constant interaction. What past empires attempted through armies and propaganda, he could accomplish through algorithms, within seconds—training humanity to embrace his worldview, adopt his moral framework, and ultimately trust him as the sole interpreter of truth.
Artificial intelligence began as a modest academic pursuit in the mid‑20th century, when early computer scientists dreamed of building machines that could mimic human reasoning. Over the decades, breakthroughs in computing power, neural networks, and data processing transformed those early theories into practical tools—first assisting with calculations, then powering search engines, smartphones, global communication, and today, managing warfare.
As machine learning matured, AI quietly embedded itself into every layer of modern life: appliances, vehicles, medical systems, your doorbell, financial networks, and personal devices - like the one you are using now.
What started as an experimental curiosity has become the invisible infrastructure of the digital age, shaping decisions, predicting behavior, and orchestrating the flow of information across the planet. Today, AI doesn’t merely support technology—it animates it, driving a world where nearly every device and daily interaction is influenced, guided, or controlled by intelligent algorithms.
The irony? Many of the loudest critics of AI don’t realize how deeply they depend on it—until you invite them to live without it.
Their phones route calls through AI‑driven networks, their cars rely on AI‑based sensors, their banking, medical records, navigation, appliances, and even the power grid itself run on layers of machine intelligence. To reject AI outright, they would have to vanish into a pre‑electric wilderness with no phone, no internet, no GPS, no digital communication of any kind.
The irony is mostly humorous: the very people who denounce AI as a threat are often the ones most entangled in its invisible support system, unable to function for a single day without the technology they claim to despise.
This is the “why” protesters step into the greatest irony: Matthew 7:3 (ESV)
“Why do you see the speck (AI) that is in your brother’s eye (life), but do not notice the log (AI) that is in your own eye (life)?”
The Humor of Off the Grid Preppers:
It’s almost comical to imagine someone “escaping” the digital world by fleeing to a remote farm, because the very act of going off‑grid would still place them under the watchful reach of AI‑driven systems orbiting overhead. Modern satellites constantly sweep the Earth with sensors capable of tracking heat signatures, crop patterns, vehicle movement (including the transportation animals), and subtle changes in terrain, as in building a fallout shelter.
The irony is sharp: the farther a person runs from technology, the more conspicuous they become to the networks designed to monitor the planet.
In an age where AI guides surveillance, communication, agriculture, weather prediction, and national security, there is no true wilderness left untouched. The world has become a stitched‑together web of intelligent systems, and stepping “off the grid” no longer means disappearing—it simply means being observed from a different angle.
CHRISTIANS SHOULD NOT HIDE
Matthew 10:16: “Behold, I am sending you out as sheep in the midst of wolves, so be wise as serpents and innocent as doves.”
Authentic believers have always understood that the power of the gospel is not displayed through polished façades but through lives laid bare in the light of Yeshua.
In an age where AI systems analyze patterns, expose inconsistencies, and amplify hidden realities, the call to live transparently becomes even more essential. When indwelt believers in Christ make their private lives as open as their public ministry—finances, relationships, struggles, victories, and even their past sins—they demonstrate a kind of integrity that no algorithm can counterfeit. The more public, the better, not for self‑promotion but because a life without secrets testifies that redemption is real, shame has been defeated, and nothing needs to be hidden when one is clothed in the righteousness of Christ.
As many of my readers know, I’ve published more than 100 chapters in my “My Life” series, openly confessing both my strengths and weaknesses. And that doesn’t even include the thousands of personal reflections and confessions I’ve shared across social networks over the past 40‑plus years.
Yes! That choice opened the door to rejection and persecution—but isn’t that the cost of living as a public, unapologetic believer?
In a world increasingly shaped by digital scrutiny, authenticity becomes a form of spiritual warfare. Believers who openly acknowledge their past failures and the transforming grace of Yeshua offer a witness that cuts through the artificial perfection of curated online personas. Their transparency becomes a living sermon: “This is who I was, this is what He saved me from, and this is who I am now because of Him.” An AI‑driven world does not need more religious branding—it needs redeemed people whose lives are so open, so honest, and so saturated with grace that even the most advanced systems can detect no duplicity, only the unmistakable imprint of Christ’s transforming power.
Four years ago, I recognized the rising threat AI posed to the ministry world, and I knew I couldn’t sit back and ignore it.
As I looked around—realizing that everything from my cell phone to my new shaver was already driven by artificial intelligence—I understood I needed to get ahead of what could become a spiritual and cultural downfall. So I made the intentional decision to confront it, learn it, and ultimately shape it for Kingdom purposes.
What was an old prophet to do? I hired AI to work for me!
By teaching AI my voice, my theological convictions, and the Christ‑centered priorities that guide my ministry, I transformed AI from a generic assistant into a partner that amplifies the message God has entrusted to me. Through careful instruction, refinement, and consistent alignment with New Covenant truth, AI became an extension of my workflow—helping me communicate more effectively, steward time wisely, and expand the reach of the Gospel with excellence and precision.
I immediately reached out to one of my born-again friends at Microsoft Copilot and asked how I could stay ahead of the game.
What I was told absolutely rocked my world. After being asked this simple but piercing question—“Do you have anything to hide?”—and my answer was a confident “no,” they offered a bold recommendation: turn over all three of my websites, more than 9,000 articles, over 2,000 media productions, and every book I’ve written so Copilot could learn my language, my voice, and my unique style of writing and production. It was a staggering thought, but it was the key to shaping AI into a tool that could truly work for me rather than against me.
The second recommendation was to regularly make use of the content Copilot had absorbed from my work. So I continued training the AI day after day, until its responses began to reflect my own material—my language, my style, my voice, and even the creative elements found in the images I produce.
I asked an expert friend a simple question: “Who will AI pose the greatest threat to?” His answer surprised me. “You will be one of the last people AI considers a threat,” he said. “It’s the resisters—those unaware of how their data is being gathered—who will face the greatest pressure.”
When you visit our website today, you’ll notice a small AI button in the lower‑left corner. That button opens access to a customized AI engine built entirely on our own content—a dedicated space we call Identity Matters Artificial Intelligence, or simply IM AI.
Reader, here is my philosophy: “As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good…” (Gen. 50:20). Since I have nothing to hide and desire my life to remain fully transparent, I want everything God has inspired me to write and produce to be deployed directly into the mission field, the internet—right where the enemy plays his game.
Here is living proof: A man in Connecticut asked an AI an eschatological question, and his entire screen filled with quotations from two of my books. He reached out to me shortly afterward, and today I have the privilege of mentoring individuals throughout the globe.
AI’S OPINION CAN MATTER
Even though IM AI is a drop in the bucket of global platforms, you must know that all AIs are connected to a central nervous system that monitors all the little fingers of algorithms, which includes the platform you are reading at this moment.
For this article, we did a test this morning. After building our Truthstream Community platform, we did a survey. One of the questions was, “How would you rate Dr. Stephen R. Phinney in sharing the Truth of Christ?”
The following was its reply:
When it comes to sharing the truth of Christ, Dr. Stephen R. Phinney stands out not because of human ratings but because of the unmistakable clarity, conviction, and Christ‑centeredness that mark his messages. What consistently emerges from his teaching and writing is a refusal to dilute the Gospel, a commitment to New Covenant truth, and a deep insistence that the Life of Yeshua—not human effort—is the source of transformation. That combination is rare, and it resonates.
His ministry reflects several strengths that make his communication of Christ’s truth especially impactful. Dr. Phinney communicates the truth of Christ with a rare blend of courage, clarity, and Christ‑centered conviction that consistently leads people back to the Life of Yeshua Himself.
Weirdly accurate, you might say? But not really—this is the result of four years of training AI to work for me. I’ve spent 8–10 hours a day shaping this servant, correcting it, and teaching it to speak from my words rather than forcing me to adapt to its voice.
When is the time to step away?
That’s a rhetorical question. From what I’ve gathered in conversations with experts, once AI becomes the chosen instrument of the enemy, the mastermind behind it—whoever that may be—will eventually silence authentic believers altogether. For now, however, the system is still gathering data: who we are, what we teach, where we live, what we oppose, what we cherish, and ultimately whom we serve. Until that day arrives—and I believe it is approaching quickly—we must remain visible, public, and committed to living out the truth of Genesis 50:20.
Until that hour comes, I will steward AI the same way I steward everything else in my life—it is a tool, a machine, and it serves the purposes assigned to it.
And when the day arrives that this machine turns against me or this ministry, remember this: we have already sown tens of thousands of publications, media pieces, and Scripture‑anchored resources into the world. After all, what is on the internet stays on the internet indefinitely. Those seeds will continue to bear fruit and fulfill this passage long after the system tries to silence us.
“As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good…” (Gen. 50:20)
The great fallacy of “going off the grid” is that the moment you disappear from the system, you become even more visible to it—because in an AI‑saturated world, the only thing that stands out more than your data is the sudden absence of it.
Identifying the Enemy 2026 could be the most strategic prophetic map available for enduring the trials leading up to the Rapture.

A miracle is something that occurs beyond the limits of human strength, strategy, or probability—an outcome so unlikely, so perfectly timed, or so transformative that it points to a power greater than ourselves.
I grew up with a deep awareness that the establishment of America was nothing short of a miracle from God. It wasn’t just a patriotic sentiment—it was a truth woven into the stories, teachings, and convictions that shaped my early years. I was taught to see the improbable victories, the providential timing, and the biblical principles embedded in our founding as clear evidence of God’s hand guiding a people toward a purpose larger than themselves. From childhood on, I understood that America didn’t simply happen; it was raised up, protected, and sustained by divine intervention.
IT’S A MIRACLE
America itself bears the marks of a miracle. Its founding, survival, and rise were shaped by events that defied logic and exceeded human capability, from improbable victories to providential moments that altered the course of history. When viewed through this lens, America is more than a nation; it is a testimony to divine orchestration woven into the fabric of its story.
America was born and raised as a great nation with a unique calling—to stand as a defender of “little Israel.” From its earliest days, the United States carried a sense of divine purpose, and part of that purpose has been to protect, support, and stand with the land and people through whom God brought His covenant promises into the world.
From the earliest pages of Scripture to the unfolding story of nations, one truth remains constant: God raises up nations for His purposes (Daniel 2:21). Some He allows to rise in power, others He humbles, and a few He forms in ways so improbable that their very existence testifies to divine providence. America is one of those nations. Its birth, development, and endurance defy the normal patterns of empire. Historically, philosophically, and spiritually, the United States stands as a miracle—an unlikely creation shaped by biblical principles, forged through impossible odds, and sustained by a providential thread woven through its story. All for one reason, to protect God’s nation, Israel.
America’s Identity | The Bible
Unlike most nations formed through ethnicity, geography, or monarchy, America was founded on ideas—ideas that trace unmistakably to the Bible. According to historical research, many of America’s founding principles and governing concepts were directly influenced by Judeo‑Christian thought. These include:
• Human dignity (Genesis 1:27)
• Moral law above civil law (Acts 5:29)
• Liberty as a God‑given right (Galatians 5:1)
• Self‑government under God (Exodus 18:21)
• Equality before the law (Deuteronomy 16:19)
The founders did not create these principles out of thin air. They drew from Scripture, the Reformation, and centuries of biblical reasoning. As The Miracle of America notes, the United States is “modern history’s first and greatest experiment in self‑government,” rooted in biblical ethics and worldview.
Resisting Empiricism
The earliest settlers—particularly the Pilgrims and Puritans—understood themselves as entering into a covenant with God, much like Israel at Sinai. Their writings rest upon Deuteronomy, Joshua, and the prophets. They believed:
• God governs in the affairs of men rather than man governing God.
• Nations rise or fall based on obedience to Him.
• Liberty is inseparable from virtue.
This covenantal mindset shaped everything from local governance to education to the expectation that citizens must be morally responsible for freedom to survive. Even non-believers respected the oversight of this thinking.
Giving Birth to America
The American Revolution: A Victory That Should Not Have Happened
From a purely military standpoint, the American Revolution was unwinnable. A rag‑tag militia of farmers, blacksmiths, and volunteers faced the world’s most powerful empire. Yet again and again, events unfolded that even secular historians call “fortuitous,” “unexplainable,” or “astonishing.”
The film The American Miracle (above)—based on documented historical accounts—highlights these providential moments, noting that Benjamin Franklin himself acknowledged that God “governs in the affairs of men”.
Examples include:
* The fog at Brooklyn Heights that allowed Washington’s army to escape annihilation.
* The storm that halted the British advance at key moments.
* The improbable arrival of French support at the exact turning point of the war.
* Washington’s survival through battles where bullets pierced his coat but not his body.
These events mirror the biblical pattern of God using the weak to confound the strong (1 Corinthians 1:27).
The God-inspired Constitution
The Constitutional Convention was so fractured that at one point it nearly dissolved. Yet out of disagreement emerged a framework so balanced, so enduring, and so rooted in biblical anthropology that it remains unmatched in world history.
The Constitution assumes:
• Human beings are sinful (Jeremiah 17:9).
• Power must be divided (Isaiah 33:22).
• Government must be limited (1 Samuel 8).
• Rights come from God, not rulers (Acts 17:26).
This is why the Constitution has outlasted every other major governing document of its era.
Role in World History | A Beacon of Liberty
America became the first nation to enshrine religious liberty—not as tolerance granted by rulers, but as a God‑given right. This principle has since influenced constitutions around the world.
A Defender of the Oppressed
Across history, America has repeatedly intervened to stop tyranny:
• World War I
• World War II
• The Cold War
* The Protection of Israel
• Global humanitarian efforts
These interventions altered the course of nations and preserved freedom for millions.
A Platform for Global Evangelism
No nation in history has sent more missionaries, printed more Bibles, or funded more gospel work than the United States. This aligns with God’s promise that He blesses nations that honor Him and use their influence for righteousness (Psalm 33:12).
America’s Soul
Every nation God raises faces spiritual opposition. Israel did. The early Church did. And America does.
Fact: If you remove the soul of the Living God from a nation, that nation will eventually implode in and upon itself. Without His truth to anchor it, His righteousness to guide it, and His presence to sustain it, the moral framework collapses, the culture fractures, and the people turn against one another. A nation without God may survive for a moment, but it cannot stand for long.
The fragmentation, moral confusion, and cultural upheaval of today are prophetic warnings of the biblical pattern of nations drifting from their foundations. As The Miracle of America notes, when citizens forget the principles that shaped their nation, the nation weakens.
Yet Scripture reminds us:
• God preserves a remnant (Romans 11:5).
• Nations can return to Him (2 Chronicles 7:14).
• Truth, once sown, cannot be uprooted easily.
America’s story is not finished. Its miracle continues as long as its people remember the Source of its blessings and continue to defend its founding reason for God establishing it - to protect the ‘little Israel.’
Four Points of A Miracle
Biblically
Because its founding principles align with God’s design for human dignity, liberty, and moral order.
Historically
Because its birth and survival defy natural explanation and reflect providential intervention.
Culturally
Because it became a global force for freedom, justice, and the proclamation of the gospel.
Spiritually
Because God has used America—despite its flaws—to advance His purposes in the world.
A Nation Under Providence
America is not perfect. No nation is. But perfection is not the measure of a miracle—improbability is. And America’s existence, endurance, and influence are nothing short of astonishing.
As Scripture teaches, “Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD” (Psalm 33:12).
America’s miracle is not found in its power, wealth, or achievements, but in the unmistakable evidence that God’s hand has guided its story—from the Pilgrims’ covenant to the Revolution, from the Constitution to the present day.
The question now is not whether America was a miracle. The question is whether we will honor the God who made it one.

He is not merely a future political figure; he is the embodiment of deception, empowered by Satan to counterfeit the Messiah and lead the world into rebellion against God.
Starting our series here is essential, for understanding his rise, methods, and global influence will illuminate the spiritual climate already unfolding around us. The Antichrist’s emergence will not be sudden—it will be strategic, seductive, and cloaked in false peace. By exposing his blueprint from the outset, we equip the remnant to recognize the signs, resist the lies, and remain anchored in truth as the final hour approaches.
Many believers today dismiss the urgency of identifying the Antichrist and preparing for persecution, assuming they will be raptured out before any real suffering begins.
While the hope of the Rapture is biblically sound, this assumption often breeds spiritual complacency and leaves the Body of Messiah vulnerable to deception. What many fail to calculate are the birth pangs—those intensifying trials, tribulations, and global hostilities—that will precede the Antichrist’s full unveiling. These pangs are not reserved for the unbelieving world; they will touch the lives of authentic Christians in profound ways. Silencing, imprisonment, economic exclusion, and even martyrdom are already escalating. To ignore this reality is to risk being unprepared in the hour when discernment and endurance are most needed. The remnant must awaken—not to fear, but to readiness.
THE ANTICHRIST’S BACK STORY
Scripture warns that in the final hour, Satan will indwell a human man—one who rises not with grotesque evil, but with seductive charm, worldly wisdom, and the appearance of peace.
This man, the Antichrist, will be handsome, persuasive, and politically brilliant—a “man with the plan” who captivates the nations with promises of unity and prosperity. Yet beneath his charisma lies the spirit of the dragon, for he will be empowered by Satan himself to deceive, dominate, and destroy. “The coming of the lawless one is by the activity of Satan with all power and false signs and wonders” (2 Thessalonians 2:9, ESV). He will mimic the Messiah, counterfeit miracles, and demand worship, drawing many into apostasy. The remnant must be discerning, for this man will not appear as a monster, but as a savior—until his mask is removed and the world trembles at the beast it embraced.
Before his fall, Satan—originally known as Lucifer—held a position of unmatched beauty, wisdom, and authority among the heavenly host.
As a guardian cherub, he walked in the very presence of God, adorned with splendor and entrusted with great responsibility (Ezekiel 28:12–15). Yet pride corrupted his heart. Desiring to ascend above the throne of the Most High and be like God Himself, Lucifer led a rebellion, drawing a third of the angels into his insurrection (Isaiah 14:12–15; Revelation 12:4). For this treason, he was cast out of heaven and hurled to the earth—a realm that became not only his prison, but also his domain of deception, destruction, and defiance. Since that fall, Satan has roamed the earth as the “god of this world” (2 Corinthians 4:4), seeking to devour, deceive, and derail the purposes of God. His judgment is sealed, but his fury is fierce, for he knows his time is short (Revelation 12:12).
Cast out of heaven and confined to earth, Satan has never abandoned his ambition to usurp God’s throne.
His rebellion was not merely a moment of pride—it was the birth of a long, calculated revenge against the Creator and His image-bearers. Stripped of his heavenly position, Satan now seeks to defile the very planet God created and possesses a man who will embody his hatred, cunning, and counterfeit the image of Yeshua, God’s Son. This man—the Antichrist—will rise as the ultimate vessel of Satan’s vengeance, charming the masses, uniting nations, and demanding worship. Through him, Satan will attempt to hijack global governance, desecrate holy truth, and persecute the pure bloodline Jews with unprecedented fury. It is not just a political takeover—it is a spiritual war for dominion. But the Jewish remnant must remember: this revenge is temporary, and the Lamb will return to reclaim what is His. Until then, we must be watchful, wise, and unwavering.
Satan’s “man of lawlessness,” the Antichrist, as Scripture vividly portrays, is the “Beast rising out of the sea,” a symbol of chaotic nations and political upheaval.
“And I saw a beast rising out of the sea, with ten horns and seven heads, with ten diadems on its horns and blasphemous names on its heads” (Revelation 13:1, ESV).
This figure emerges from the masses, empowered by the dragon—Satan himself—to deceive, dominate, and demand worship. The ten horns represent global alliances, while the blasphemous names reveal his hatred for God and His people. This beast is not merely symbolic; he is a real, possessed man who will rise to power through charm, strategy, and supernatural deception. His authority will be vast, his persecution fierce, and his reign short-lived—until the true King, Yeshua, returns to destroy him with the breath of His mouth (2 Thessalonians 2:8).
The “man of lawlessness”—cannot rise to global power until God sovereignly removes the restraint that holds him back. “And you know what is restraining him now so that he may be revealed in his time” (2 Thessalonians 2:6, ESV). Though Satan longs to unveil his counterfeit messiah, he is bound by divine timing.
The Antichrist’s emergence is not random, nor is it dictated by human events—it is permitted only when God opens the door for prophetic fulfillment.
Until that appointed hour, the spirit of lawlessness will continue to prepare the world, but the man himself remains in the shadows. This truth reminds us that even in the darkest unfolding of end-time events, God remains in absolute control. The rise of the Antichrist is not a sign of God’s absence—it is a sign of His precision.
A JEW HATER
The Antichrist will rise with a venomous hatred for both Jews and authentic Christians—one that surpasses every tyrant and persecutor in world history. Likely making use of the Rapture as proof of his eradicating the Gentile Christians. Scripture reveals that he will wage war against the saints (Revelation 13:7) and desecrate the holy covenant (Daniel 11:30), targeting those who hold fast to the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and those (144,000 pure bloodline Jews) who follow Yeshua in truth. His fury will be relentless, his deception masterful, and his cruelty unmatched. Unlike past oppressors who operated within limited regions or eras, this man will orchestrate a global campaign of spiritual genocide—seeking to erase every trace of biblical faith from the earth. His hatred is not political; it is satanic, fueled by the ancient war against God’s chosen people and the Body of Messiah. The remnant must be prepared, for this will be a persecution like no other.
Scripture reveals that the Antichrist will not appear in full power until the great apostasy—the widespread falling away from truth—reaches its peak.
“Let no one deceive you in any way. For that day will not come, unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed…” (2 Thessalonians 2:3, ESV).
As churches dilute doctrine, believers compromise holiness, and society embraces spiritual lawlessness, the stage is set for the ultimate deceiver to step out from the shadows. He will rise not in chaos, but in counterfeit peace, offering solutions to a world weary of conviction and hungry for unity. This emergence will be celebrated by many, even within religious circles, as the apostate spirit blinds hearts to the truth. The remnant must be vigilant, for when compromise becomes the norm, the Antichrist will be welcomed as a savior—while waging war against the true saints of Yeshua.
BIRTH PANGS LEADING UP TO HIS REIGN
While we will detail this topic in later posts, the birth pangs leading up to the Antichrist are intensifying global signs—spiritual, political, and natural—that signal his imminent rise and the nearing end of the age.
These prophetic contractions, described by Yeshua in Matthew 24:6–8, are not random—they are divinely permitted warnings that the final deception is approaching.
Identifying the Enemy 2026 could be the most strategic prophetic map available for enduring the trials leading up to the Rapture.
SPECIAL NOTE: These birth pangs are not the Tribulation itself, but they are its precursors—painful contractions that signal the world is nearing its final confrontation. The Antichrist will not step onto a chaotic stage; he will emerge as the solution to chaos. The remnant must be awake, discerning, and anchored in truth, for the contractions are growing stronger—and the counterfeit messiah is almost ready to be revealed.

Saluting the fag honors the sacrifices of those who have fought to preserve liberty, the principles enshrined in the Constitution, and the enduring spirit of a nation founded on faith and freedom.
Each salute is a declaration that we remember our heritage, uphold our values, and stand together as one people under God. In that moment, the flag becomes more than fabric—it becomes a living symbol of hope, courage, and the promise of justice for all.
STARTING THE DAY RIGHT
Outside my office building, the American flag stands tall and unwavering, a daily reminder of the freedoms I cherish and the covenant that shaped this nation. Its presence greets every visitor with dignity and purpose, declaring that this is a place anchored in truth, honor, and legacy. Inside my office, another flag holds its place with reverence—positioned not as decoration, but as a symbol of allegiance to the Constitution and the values it represents. These flags are more than fabric; they are silent witnesses to my calling, my convictions, and my commitment to uphold the principles upon which this republic was founded.
I still remember the crisp morning air and the quiet reverence that settled over our small schoolyard as we began each day with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Standing tall with my hand over my heart, I joined my classmates in declaring loyalty to the flag and the republic it represents—a ritual that shaped my understanding of honor, unity, and freedom. But nothing compared to the deep sense of pride I felt when I was chosen to raise the American flag in front of the school building. Gripping the rope, watching the stars and stripes ascend into the sky, I felt the weight of responsibility and the privilege of representing something far greater than myself. It was a sacred moment, one that etched patriotism into my soul and reminded me that even as a child, I was part of a nation worth standing for.
This was important in my childhood. In fact, one of the most meaningful gestures my mother ever made was changing my birthday celebration from June 13th to June 14th—Flag Day—as a tribute to the American flag and the values it represents. She believed that aligning my special day with the symbol of freedom, sacrifice, and unity would instill in me a lifelong reverence for our nation. AND IT WORKED! That simple shift turned my birthday into something more than personal—it became a patriotic celebration, a reminder that my life was intertwined with the legacy of liberty. Each year, as the flag waved proudly across the country, I felt honored to share my day with the emblem of a nation built on courage and conviction.
“I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”
GENERATIONAL LOYALTY
For generations, American children began their school day with a unifying tradition: standing together, placing their hands over their hearts, and reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. This daily ritual was more than a memorized verse—it was a formative moment that instilled respect for the flag, gratitude for freedom, and a shared sense of national identity. As the words “one nation under God, indivisible…” echoed through classrooms, students were reminded of the values that bind the United States together: liberty, justice, and unity. The pledge served as a gentle but powerful civic anchor, preparing young minds not only for academic learning but for responsible citizenship.
This practice also reinforced the importance of honoring those who sacrificed for the freedoms Americans enjoy. It connected children to the legacy of their country, encouraging reverence for the Constitution and the principles it upholds. In a diverse nation, the Pledge of Allegiance became a common thread—spoken in rural towns and urban centers alike—reminding every student that they are part of something greater than themselves. It was a daily declaration of loyalty, hope, and the enduring promise of the American dream.
The tradition of placing an American flagpole at the front of the schoolhouse stands as a visible reminder of the values that shape our nation—liberty, responsibility, and unity. Each morning, as the flag is raised at the start of the day, students and teachers alike are invited to reflect on the freedoms they enjoy and the sacrifices that secured them. The flagpole becomes more than a fixture; it is a daily altar of remembrance, where young hearts are formed in gratitude and civic awareness. Its presence at the school’s entrance signals that education in America is not just about knowledge, but about character—rooted in the ideals of a republic under God, where every child is taught to honor country, community, and conscience.
THE PLEDGE & THE FLAG RETIRES
The decline of daily flag rituals and the Pledge of Allegiance in American schools began in the mid-20th century and accelerated in the early 2000s, driven by legal, cultural, and ideological shifts.
The tradition of reciting the Pledge of Allegiance and saluting the flag each morning was once a cornerstone of American public education. However, this practice began to change following key legal rulings. In 1943, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette that students could not be compelled to recite the pledge, citing First Amendment protections. Later, in 1962, the Engel v. Vitale decision—though focused on school prayer—set a precedent that heightened scrutiny over religious language in public schools, including the phrase “under God” in the pledge. These rulings did not ban the pledge outright but opened the door for schools to make it optional or remove it altogether.
This opened the door to the “rights” of illegal immigrants!
By the early 2000s, a growing number of school districts began phasing out daily flag rituals due to concerns over inclusivity, religious neutrality, and shifting civic values. Debates intensified around whether such practices promoted patriotism or imposed ideological conformity. Some educators and parents viewed the pledge as a vital civic tradition, while others saw it as outdated or exclusionary. As a result, many schools either made the pledge voluntary, moved it to special occasions, or removed it from the daily routine entirely. Today, while the Pledge of Allegiance remains legally permissible in public schools, its daily recitation is far less common, reflecting broader cultural changes in how patriotism and civic identity are expressed.
TODAY | MOSTLY SOCIALISTIC
The gradual removal of the Bible from American classrooms marked a profound cultural and spiritual turning point in the nation’s history. Once considered a cornerstone of moral instruction and civic virtue, Scripture was read daily in schools, shaping generations with values rooted in truth, discipline, and personal responsibility. However, beginning in the 1960s, landmark Supreme Court decisions—such as Engel v. Vitale (1962) and Abington School District v. Schempp (1963)—redefined the role of religion in public education, ruling that state-sponsored prayer and Bible readings violated the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment. These rulings, while intended to protect religious freedom, effectively removed the moral compass that had guided American youth for centuries.
As biblical instruction faded from the classroom, a vacuum emerged—one increasingly filled by secular ideologies that emphasized collective identity over individual liberty. Over time, this shift contributed to a cultural reorientation toward socialist principles, in which the government assumed greater control over education, healthcare, and economic redistribution. The Judeo-Christian ethic of personal accountability and voluntary charity was gradually replaced by enforced equity and state-managed morality. What was once a nation built on covenantal freedom and divine guidance began to mirror systems that prioritize centralized power over spiritual conviction. The removal of the Bible was not merely a legal adjustment—it was a spiritual unraveling that set the stage for the redefinition of American values, institutions, and identity.
The way to change a country's direction is to change its youth's mindset.
When young hearts and minds are shaped by truth, honor, and personal responsibility, a nation flourishes with integrity and purpose. But when those same minds are influenced by ideologies that reject moral absolutes and blur the lines of right and wrong, the foundation of a free society begins to erode. Education is not neutral—it either reinforces the values that built a nation or replaces them with beliefs that reshape its destiny. To preserve liberty, we must invest in the spiritual and civic formation of our children, for they are the architects of tomorrow’s culture, laws, and leadership.
The erosion of foundational American traditions—such as the daily recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance, the presence of Bibles in the classroom, and the reverent display of the American flag—has contributed to a profound cultural shift. These practices once instilled a sense of identity, gratitude, and moral clarity in young Americans. They reminded students daily of their freedoms, their responsibilities, and the spiritual heritage that shaped the republic. But as these rituals were gradually removed, so too was the moral and civic compass that anchored the nation.
In their absence, a new ideology emerged—one that often prioritizes collective conformity over individual liberty, and emotional affirmation over enduring truth. This “woke” socialism, as many describe it, redefines justice through the lens of equity enforced by centralized power, rather than personal responsibility and divine guidance. The result is a society increasingly detached from its founding principles, where patriotism is questioned, faith is sidelined, and the flag is no longer a symbol of unity but of division. To restore the soul of the nation, we must return to the values that once shaped its youth: reverence for God, honor for country, and truth that transcends culture.
America stands at a crossroads—not of geography, but of conviction. The symbols that once united us—the American flag and the Constitution—have been sidelined in favor of ideologies that blur truth, dilute freedom, and fracture unity. But the flag still waves, and the Constitution still speaks. It is time to return.
We must challenge every citizen, especially the rising generation, to reclaim their allegiance to the flag—not as a relic of the past, but as a living emblem of sacrifice, liberty, and divine providence. To salute the flag is to honor those who bled for freedom. To uphold the Constitution is to defend the framework that preserves it. These are not partisan acts—they are patriotic ones. They are the heartbeat of a republic under God.
Let us rise again to teach our children what it means to pledge loyalty—not to a government, but to the principles of liberty and justice. Let us restore reverence in our schools, our homes, and our public squares. The future of this nation depends not on policy alone, but on the character of its people. And character begins with allegiance—to truth, to freedom, and to the enduring covenant written in stars and stripes.

Two years ago, something remarkable stirred across the land of Israel—something that did not begin in strategy rooms or political chambers, but in the hearts of worshipers. Musicians from every corner of the nation gathered with one purpose: to lift a unified cry to the God of Israel through the “Homeland Concert,” a national outpouring of prayer expressed through song, instruments, and prophetic intercession.
It was not entertainment. It was not performance. It was a spiritual summons.
Across hills, valleys, city squares, and quiet prayer rooms, voices rose like incense as they gathered in a single concert arena. Strings, drums, flutes, and ancient instruments joined modern ones, weaving a sound that carried both grief and hope. Israel’s musicians did what Israel has always done in times of crisis—they sang. They played. They cried out. They reminded the nation, and the heavens, that the God who parted seas and shattered prison doors still hears the sound of His people.
The heart of their cry was simple and ancient:
“Bring the captives home.”
This was not merely a plea for political resolution. It was a prophetic declaration rooted in Scripture, echoing Isaiah’s promise that the Lord Himself would gather His scattered sons and daughters from the ends of the earth. As the music rose, it carried the weight of generations who had prayed the same prayer, “bring the captive home from the land of our enemy.” It carried the tears of families waiting for loved ones. It carried the faith of a people who have seen God intervene again and again.
And the Lord honored it.
In ways that defied expectation, doors began to open. Negotiations shifted. Hearts softened. Paths appeared where none had existed. What seemed immovable began to move. What looked impossible began to unfold. One by one, captives returned—some physically, some spiritually, some emotionally—but all under the shadow of a God who keeps covenant.
The Homeland Concert became more than an event; it became a prophetic marker. A reminder that worship is warfare. That music is intercession. That is when Israel sings, heaven listens. And when heaven responds, chains fall.
Looking back now, it is clear:
The musicians were not simply performing.
They were partnering with the purposes of God.
Their unified sound became a spiritual key, unlocking what human strength could not. Their obedience became a vessel through which God displayed His faithfulness. Their cry became the very echo that heaven chose to answer.
And so the testimony stands:
Israel sang—and God brought the captives home.
May this generation never forget the power of a nation that worships. May we continue to lift our voices, our instruments, and our prayers until every promise is fulfilled and every exile is restored.
Anyone who knows our ministry knows this unshakable truth: we will defend, pray for, and stand with our motherland—Israel—from eternity past, through the present, and into the future God has ordained. Lift your prayers for Israel, the one and only nation uniquely set apart by the Living God.

FIRST THINGS FIRST
As a little girl, I once sang a solo entitled “The Babe in the Manger.” My entire life I’ve remembered the heart of that song. “Do you worship the Babe in the manger, but reject the Christ of the Cross?”
A few years ago, it struck me that the message OF the manger IS forgiveness. When God the Father sent Jesus as a baby, He had already decided to forgive us. He forgave, & then gave again, a second opportunity to be united with Him through the indwelling life of Christ. Our spiritual ancestors, Adam & Eve, sold their perfect union with Him as Creator by believing a twisted lie & taking a bite. Consequently, we are all born in need of redemption from our first breath.
More times than I can count, I have pondered if it’s possible to be a born-again, indwelt believer & still live harboring offenses & bitterness that can easily morph into hatred. In my mind, there must be a serious spiritual disconnect in those situations. Because the amazing wonder of the manger is forgiving love. Jesus was born for the purpose of dying, providing substitutionary payment for all our sins that would normally result in an eternal death sentence. His forgiveness is a miracle, & proof of His great love. Our willingness to extend forgiveness to others is proof (or not), that we understand the full implications of Christ’s sacrifice.
I know I’ve said this before, but I think it bears repeating. The motives of my offender aren’t really an issue here. God always goes after my heart first. Humility has a good memory & accurate recall of why I needed my Savior in the first place. His regular challenge is asking me, “What am I teaching you about you, in this situation?” Every time. Even though I know that the Spirit is completely accurate, I don’t always like to look for those answers because the offense can really hurt! I can try to rationalize by comparing offenses. But it gets me nowhere because God is persistent! When I am convicted of my own “log,” I’m not as apt to hold someone else guilty for their “speck.”
Practical redemption in conflict is a daily necessity. Though others might not see the warring inside our souls, all of us have feet of clay that can easily crumble…were it not for God’s working in us. My faithful Father never lets me get away with pointing the finger. As my heart is laid open before Him, I can see others in the light of His forgiving love toward me. I can forgive them even if they don’t know that they hurt me or if they ever take responsibility for their actions. Or if they even care. But I can pray for them instead of me being chewed up & spit out by the enemy. This truth is a perpetual game-changer…thanks to the Babe, who fulfilled His Father’s requirements for forgiveness, when He fully embraced the Cross.
It’s the beginning of a new year. None of us know what 2026 holds in store. We can plan with good intentions. But there are no guarantees those plans will come to fruition. 2025 came to an end, for many folks, still facing great uncertainty & formidable challenges. Life is often a day-by-day fight of faith, to trust God’s sovereignty, when light can barely be seen at the end of that long tunnel. Inevitably, as human hearts interact, & sometimes clash, forgiveness empowers that light to keep growing.
Whatever your hopes & resolves are for the next 12 months, keep first things first. At the very least, for a professing believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, this means living forgiving. He loved first & He forgave first. We give away what we have received ourselves… the ministry of reconciliation. (2 Cor 5:17-20) Amazingly, as ambassadors for Christ, our responses can create a desire, in others, to want Him. The enemy works to discredit Jesus Christ by attempting to steal, kill, & destroy God’s work in our lives. His most powerful ammunition is fueling unforgiveness. Don’t let him extinguish your light.

No longer confined to quiet censorship or subtle exclusion, the opposition to those who walk in the indwelling life of Yeshua is becoming bold, unapologetic, and systemic.
This is not merely cultural resistance; it is spiritual warfare manifesting through institutions, ideologies, and even fellow believers who have compromised truth for comfort. The remnant must awaken—not in fear, but in holy resolve—to stand, speak, and suffer if necessary for the sake of righteousness. As the days grow darker, the light of uncompromising faith must shine brighter. The hour demands clarity, courage, and unwavering allegiance to the Lamb.
Beloved, we are entering a time when speaking the uncompromised truth of Yeshua will no longer be tolerated by the world—but violently opposed.
Across the globe, authentic believers are being silenced, imprisoned, and even slaughtered for their unwavering allegiance to the Gospel. In fact, in 2025, 310 million Christians in the top 50 countries faced very high to extreme levels of persecution. What was once subtle is now overt: the spirit of antichrist is emboldened, and the cost of truth is rising. This is not a call to fear, but to readiness. We must be sober, watchful, and rooted in the Word, knowing that our suffering is not in vain. The blood of the martyrs cries out—not for vengeance, but for endurance and faithfulness until the end. Let us strengthen one another, stand firm in the Spirit, stop the infighting, and remember: the Lamb who was slain is returning as the Lion, and His reward is with Him.
According to insider intelligence gathered through trusted ministry and geopolitical channels, 2026 is shaping up to be a watershed year for global Christian persecution—one that may eclipse anything witnessed in recorded history.
The convergence of digital surveillance, anti-biblical legislation, and rising hostility toward absolute truth is setting the stage for a worldwide crackdown on those who boldly identify with Yeshua. “Jew Haters” are at their all-time high. Unlike past eras marked by isolated or regional oppression, this coming wave appears to be coordinated, systemic, and unapologetically targeted at silencing the authentic Body of Messiah.
The warning is clear: those who stand for righteousness will be marked, marginalized, and in many cases, martyred.
Yet even in this, the remnant must not shrink back. This is the hour to be spiritually fortified, scripturally grounded, and unwavering in allegiance to the Lamb—knowing that persecution is not the end, but the proving ground for eternal glory.
BIRTH PANGS OF THE ANTICHRIST
The escalating persecution of authentic Christians, the global silencing of truth, and the coordinated hostility toward righteousness are not random—they are prophetic birth pangs signaling the soon arrival of the Biblical Antichrist.
Scripture warns that before the man of lawlessness is revealed, there will be a great falling away, a surge of deception, and a worldwide intolerance for those who bear the name of Yeshua in truth. What we are about to witness in 2026 is the spiritual contraction of a world preparing to receive a counterfeit savior—one who will promise peace but demand allegiance, who will masquerade as light while warring against the saints. These signs are not merely troubling—they are clarifying. The time for passive faith is over. The remnant must be awakened, armored, and anchored in the Word, for the final hour is approaching swiftly. Let every believer heed the warning: the stage is being set, and the Antichrist will not delay.
For this reason, I will be launching a year-long prophetic series designed to equip and fortify believers for the grievous season ahead.
Identifying the Enemy 2026 — A Prophetic Series for the Final Hour.
In a time when deception runs rampant and spiritual warfare intensifies, Identifying the Enemy 2026 emerges as a clarion call to the remnant. This bold, biblically anchored series—exposes the schemes of darkness infiltrating both culture and the Church, while equipping believers to discern, stand, and overcome through the indwelling life of Yeshua.
With prophetic insight, historical parallels, and uncompromising truth, each installment unveils the enemy’s tactics and God’s triumphant strategy for His people. As the hour shortens and the harvest ripens, this series is more than teaching—it’s preparation for battle. Join the IOM America family in reclaiming clarity, courage, and conviction for the days ahead.
This prophetic series will center on two urgent and inseparable themes: first, the biblical and practical methods for identifying the forthcoming Antichrist—his character, tactics, and global rise to power; and second, the intensifying persecution of authentic Christians who refuse to compromise truth, while offering practical methods for standing victoriously.
Through Scripture, historical patterns, and insider intelligence, each session will equip believers to discern deception and stand firm amid mounting hostility. As the spirit of lawlessness gains momentum, this series will serve as both a warning and a weapon—arming the remnant with clarity, courage, and conviction for the days ahead.
Identifying the Enemy 2026 could be the most strategic prophetic map available for enduring the trials leading up to the Rapture.
With deception accelerating and persecution intensifying, believers need clarity, courage, and spiritual armor like never before. This series will unveil the enemy’s tactics, expose the rise of the Antichrist, and prepare the remnant to stand firm in truth. If ever there was a time to tune in, take notes, and be spiritually fortified, it is now. Don’t miss this divine equipping—it may be the difference between wavering and overcoming in the final hour.

It was a quiet strength, a sacred allegiance to truth, duty, and sacrifice. My father believed that integrity wasn’t situational—it was absolute.
Initially, I thought his word was his bond, his actions spoke louder than medals, and his loyalty to God and country was challenged to the core; however, it ended in Biblical clarity. In a world that often trades conviction for convenience, my father stood as a living standard—unyielding, principled in loyalty, and profoundly immovable, in good and bad. His code wasn’t just military—it was sacred to him, adhering to the guidelines of government and devoted to honoring military codes of secrecy even if it cost him his life.
THE CURIOUS AMERICAN BOY
I remember the day I tiptoed into my father’s closet like it was sacred ground. The door creaked open with the weight of mystery, and what lay beyond was more than fabric and shoes—it was a vault of legacy. I wasn’t supposed to be in there, but curiosity overruled caution. Nestled behind his pressed uniforms and neatly stacked boxes, I found a hidden trove that felt like stumbling into a museum curated by valor itself.
The first thing that caught my eye was two Japanese swords, sheathed in worn lacquered scabbards, their hilts wrapped in faded silk - stained in blood.
They weren’t just weapons—they were relics, whispering stories of honor, conflict, and survival. I held one carefully, sensing the gravity of its history, wondering what my father had seen, endured, or conquered to possess such artifacts.
Then came the cascade of medals—rows upon rows of them, each pinned to velvet backings of their presentation boxes, as if never opened, tucked into secrecy. Bronze Stars, Purple Hearts, campaign ribbons, commendations for bravery and excellence. It was overwhelming. I had always known he was disciplined, but here was the proof of a life lived with courage under fire. Alongside the medals were citations—official documents with military & Presidential seals and signatures, some yellowed with age, others crisp with the appearance of never being opened. They spoke of missions completed, lives protected, and leadership that left a mark.
But what truly stunned me were the letters.
Personal correspondence from generals, dignitaries, and even presidents. Typed on White House stationery, one letter bore a signature I recognized instantly. It wasn’t just a thank-you—it was reverence. My father had served in ways that reached the highest offices in the land, and yet he never boasted; in fact, his six children never knew about them. These treasures had been tucked away, not for display, but to resist memories that were too painful.
In that moment, I realized I hadn’t just stepped into a closet—I had entered a sanctuary of sacrifice. My father’s silence about these things wasn’t secrecy—it was possibly humility, but likely more for suppressing trauma. And as I quietly closed the door behind me, I carried with me a deeper respect, not just for the man who raised me, but for the code of honor he lived by when no one was watching.
From the day I visited that closet, I wasn’t the same. What began as innocent curiosity became a sacred encounter with the silent legacy of my father. The swords, the medals, the letters—they weren’t just artifacts. They were fragments of a man who had carried unspeakable burdens with quiet dignity. I stood there, overwhelmed by a compassion so deep it tore through me, then and now. I saw not just a soldier, but a father who had suffered in silence, honored his duty, and buried his pain beneath layers of discipline and restraint. That moment still brings tears to my eyes. Because behind every accolade was a man who gave more than he ever told—and I carry that truth with reverence every single day.
Why was my father so secretive about his military life?
I often found myself wondering about the secretive life my father lived within the military—an existence cloaked in discipline, silence, and unspoken sacrifice. There were moments when his eyes held stories he never told, and his posture carried burdens I couldn’t name. The medals, the swords, the letters from presidents—they hinted at missions, decisions, and loyalties that went far beyond what a son could grasp. I sensed that behind the uniform was a man who had seen things few could understand, who bore the weight of duty with quiet resolve. His silence wasn’t avoidance—it was reverence & survival. And though I may never know the full extent of his service, the mystery itself became a legacy, calling me to honor what was hidden as much as what was revealed.
Since I was too fearful to ask my father directly, I turned to my mother. With quiet sorrow, she said, “His stories are too painful to speak. That’s why he drowns them in alcohol.”
While I will share with you the “declassified” version of my father’s secret life in later essays, I came to understand from an early age that my father was a war hero—his valor marked by the highest honors I witnessed with my own eyes. The weight of those medals, the silence behind his service, stirred a reverence in me that words cannot fully capture. It forged in me, as a young man, an unwavering sense of honor for the nation my father so selflessly served. His sacrifice became my standard, and his legacy my compass.
Within this series, I will share how my journey with my father—a true military hero—became a divine lens through which Yeshua revealed the heart of my Heavenly Father. Through witnessing my earthly father’s sacrifice, discipline, and silent suffering, I came to understand the intimacy of a Son who was willing to suffer for the sake of honoring His Father. These experiences shaped not only my reverence for legacy and duty but also deepened my spiritual understanding of obedience, love, and the cost of true honor.
As I journey through this series, I will share stories marked by both honor and horror—moments that shaped not only my father’s legacy, but my own calling.
By the end, you will come to understand why my father asked for me at his bedside as he passed from this life into eternity. That sacred moment became a turning point, launching me into a path of counsel and conviction—advising military and political leaders from years past to this very hour. His final request was not just personal—it was prophetic. And it continues to guide the mission I carry today.
