We don’t get shamed not only from society, we get it from our inner mother fucking circle. The people that are supposed to be our cheerleaders, the people that are supposed to encourage us, the people that are supposed to be there for us tell us that we are not doing enough.

In the new episode of Fierce As F*ck, I express strongly this topic because I see it all the time. It breaks me when I see other coaches shaming another coach. Enough is enough!
