Lots of unwanted emotions came up and lots of crying (both in public and in private lol) but I honestly learned so much and am actually quite proud of the things that I learned. 

To me it is just always so important for me to share my stories and my truth on the podcast. Honestly sometimes that is hard and I worry about what people are going to thing or how they are going to judge/react to me, but what pushes me through that fear is the knowledge that this could actually help someone. Also it could help me! So overall I am proud of being open and honest with you and I hope that you enjoy it too!

When my mom told my ex's "you will never be bored" man oh man did she mean it.

Listen I know we love a wedding episode of the podcast and this episode does not disappoint.

Not only do I get to talk about my best friend's beautiful wedding but I added a little bit of suspenseful spicy drama by being in the hospital 48 hours before her big day.

I am so beyond grateful to my parents and all my friends who were so incredibly supportive of me during this time, I literally do not know what I did to get so lucky but I am so glad!
