  • What Do Catholics Really Believe? A Conversation with Father Elliot Zak

I had the opportunity to sit down with Father Elliot Zak for a conversation about the Catholic faith: an honest, respectful space to ask questions, learn, and simply break bread with another follower of Christ. We talked about everything from communion and purgatory to praying to Mary, marriage, and what Catholics believe about Scripture, discipleship, salvation and grace. It wasn’t about debating, but sitting down to understand and learn from one another as members of the same body of Christ.

No matter your background or denomination, this episode is a reminder that we can hold different traditions and still love the same Savior.

  • A Modern Day Abolitionist Perspective

I sit down with Brittany, an abortion abolitionist whose convictions are rooted deeply in Scripture and a desire to see justice for the unborn.

Brittany helps unpack what it really means to be an abortion abolitionist, how that differs from the broader pro-life movement, and why she believes that everyone involved in the abortion process, from women to fathers to doctors, should be held legally accountable.

We talk about where she finds her stance in the Bible, how she defines life and conception, and why she feels called to speak for those who cannot speak for themselves. This episode gives listeners a chance to hear from a voice in the movement that we don’t often encounter up close, the kind you might see on social media, at public gatherings, or holding signs in advocacy, but rarely get to truly understand.

Whether you agree or disagree, this conversation invites us to wrestle honestly with what God’s Word says about life.

  • Men Are Not Born, They're Made with Shay A. Joyner

I sit down with Shay A. Joyner, author of Men Are Not Born, They’re Made, an 8-week Bible study designed to call men into deeper discipleship. In our conversation, Shay shares her heart behind writing a study for men and why discipleship is so vital in today’s world. Society may give us superficial markers of manhood: turning 18, getting a job, or even just a change in voice, but the Bible defines manhood much differently.

Shay’s study is meant to be walked through in community. It creates space for men of all ages to process their past, have meaningful conversations, discover what God says about them, and ultimately grow into the men He created them to be. This episode is a powerful reminder of the importance of discipleship, healing, and biblical identity—truths that matter not just for men, but for the entire body of Christ.

  • Ministry in the Ordinary with Robyn Thompson

I sit down with Robyn Thompson—wife, mother, and Christian content creator behind @ministryintheordinary.

Robyn opens up about her faith journey and what it looks like to follow Jesus in the everyday rhythms of life. We talk about the beauty and challenges of motherhood, the importance of Christian community, and why vulnerability feels so hard—but is so essential for growth. Robyn also shares how God calls us to be intentional in every aspect of our lives, from family to faith to friendships.

  • Joy Restored with Madi Gold

I sit down with Madi Gold, a wife to a police officer, stay-at-home mom, author, and the founder of Cool Moms Unite, a Christian community for mothers.

Though she grew up in a church home, Madi shares her powerful testimony of when faith became real, when Jesus truly became Lord of her life. While living in Los Angeles and working as a personal trainer, she found herself wrestling with her identity in Christ and questioning if she was really a Christian. It was in that season of struggle that God began to reshape her heart.

Out of her journey came Joy Restored: A Bible Study, born from her own battles with discouragement and the longing to rediscover joy. Madi took her pain and turned it into purpose—creating a study that points women back to the fullness of God’s presence. Centered on her favorite verse, “You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy” (Psalm 16:11), Madi reminds us that true joy is not found in circumstances but in abiding with Christ.

Together, we also talk about the importance of community—being vulnerable, walking alongside one another, and experiencing the healing that comes when we live as the body of Christ.

  • Two Sisters and John: John 13 & 14

Lindsay and I dive into John 13 and 14—two powerful chapters filled with humility, love, and hope. In John 13, we reflect on the moment when Jesus washed His disciples’ feet—not only as the perfect example of servanthood, but also as a picture of salvation and sanctification. We explore what it means to truly love as Jesus loved (John 13:31–38) and how biblical love calls us to humility, sacrifice, and obedience.

In John 14, we focus on Jesus’ words of comfort and promise. In verses 1–15, He declares Himself the Way to the Father, offering assurance for our troubled hearts. From verses 15–31, we unpack Jesus’ promise of the Holy Spirit—our Advocate and Helper. While Jesus never guaranteed peaceful circumstances, He gave us something even greater: His peace through the presence of the Spirit.

This conversation is an invitation to lean into the love of Christ, trust Him as the way to the Father, and walk in the peace only He can give.
