Imagination Meditation

CROW - Crows are clever because they can learn. You can learn too! Just be a crow!

ELEPHANT - Breath like an elephant and chill for a little while.

TURTLE - Turtles have it tough- they're slow and they have a big shell to carry around everywhere. But maybe this isn't such a bad thing.

RABBIT - Let's use our long bunny ears to help us listen like a rabbit.

FROG - Get your inner frog on as we learn to feel more patient with others and ourselves.

LION - Being part of a lion pride gives you a strong sense of community. We focus on  community in this one.

PANDA - Imagine being a cute, cuddly Panda! Get a daily dose of positive vibes, inspiration, and good feelings with this one.

OTTER - Imagine becoming an adorable otter! Experience positive feelings and reinforce goodness from inside out.
