Caught in a sudden storm at Lake Guatavita, Kav and Ana take shelter in a cave where they discover mysterious indigenous paintings that could be coordinates to the treasure, all while learning essential Spanish weather vocabulary and navigating an unspoken tension between them. While waiting out the storm and trying to stay warm, they study the symbols in their wet diary and compare them to the cave drawings, leading to a potential breakthrough in their treasure hunt.
