The Lord wants us to know and understand the contents of this book...why?...because it’s about the return of Christ for His children!...and it gives us the certainty of victory, and strength to stand for Christ in a fallen world, even in times of persecution and the guaranteed hope that those who stand with Jesus will be OVERCOMERS!

WHAT IS REPENTANCE? DOES REPENTANCE BRING JOY? Repentance is not something embraced in our culture, and unfortunately, it is something rarely mentioned  in our pulpits or along with the plan of salvation as it should be... and even when mentioned on occasion, It is simply stated and breezed over and not clearly defined with scripture to bring clarity and understanding. David writes Psalm 51 once his eyes and heart were opened to the sin that he had committed against the Lord... in this psalm, we see the heart of repentance! We see Repentance defined and laid out before us in God‘s word so that we know what it should look like and will look like in our hearts and lives when it’s authentic! Then he aligns repentance, and being “washed”, with restored JOY!!! A lot of people are looking for joy, a steadfast spirit, a revived hope, and life!…there is only one place to find it!

WHY IS SERVING JESUS IMPORTANT? When the Lord provided a huge harvest and filled the nets of the disciples in the Gospel of Luke, Could just one disciple pull it in?… Two?...Three?...NO!!!...In fact, they had to call for their partners in another boat to come help, and if they did not help, that harvest would not have been brought in!The call from Psalms 100 is to serve the Lord with gladness, the necessity of that call is defined by Jesus in the Gospels where he said the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are a few!So to complete the mission the Lord has given the church to reach people, we need workers in his harvest field! The Lord is looking for people to GRAB THE NET!!!
