Etihad Rail's passenger service is set to launch in 2026, and it's fair to say as residents we're all excited for what this is going to mean for getting around the emirates, but perhaps no one is more excited than property investors. So we wanted to take a broader look at this, with all of the massive infrastructure projects underway - from Etihad Rail, to  the upcoming Dubai Metro Blue Line, and developments around Dubai World Central (DWC).
