Preferences can be a good thing. But if you over-rely upon them, they can make you imbalanced. You will probably also have judgments opposite of what your preference is. So if your preference is for introversion, your judgments will be related ! extraversion with judgments like: `he is too loud," "she is nosy," "He should not just show up whenE he wants to," etc. Please note, these preferences and judgments are not bad, but if they are too imbalanced, you can overrely on your preference to cope with what is not happening for you.
