The Pentagon has a new Cyber Workforce Strategy, with the goal of providing a roadmap for how the Department of Defense will maintain and grow its cyber workforce.

Mark Gorak, principal director for resources and analysis in the Department of Defense Office of the Chief Information Officer, discusses the new strategy and what the department hopes to accomplish.
