In the past, Patreon would have been the goto option for so many, but after a series of incredibly damaging charges issued by companies such as Apple…mentioning no names…we decided to take a step back and have a think about how we could offer you, our fantastic listeners, the best possible alternative to those unnecessary charges.So, from the date already mentioned, the Haunted UK Podcast will not only be on Patreon, but we’ll also now be on Kofi…and the price you see for the tier…is the price you’ll pay…no charges…nothing hidden…no more, no less.Our three tiers will also be shrunk down to just two – SPOOKED @ £3.00 per month, our dip your toe in the water kinda tier – and POSSESSED @ just £7.00 per month, our top of the line tier. We’ve also decided to stop releasing our series Movie Haunts, simply because it just didn’t seem to be popular to the wider audience.Another alteration will be to our series Talk Haunts, our interview-based spin off. We’re not completely phasing it out, but we are going to pick and choose the times when we release these types of episodes…so that could be once every 3 months…or maybe every 6 months.With the time that we’ll have clawed back from not doing these episodes, we’ll be much more focused on doing what we feel we do best…releasing episodes about ghosts, hauntings, poltergeists…the paranormal…the supernatural…the unknown…the unexplained…and of course…your listeners’ stories.These episodes will form the basis of our two tiers…more great content, but the type of content that we all know and love. And as with Patreon, if you love the community side of being a tier member, and that’s what might be holding you back from joining Kofi or swapping from Patreon to Kofi…then don’t worry…we’ve got you covered.We now have our Discord Server so, you can chat, message, video or voice call.
