In this episode I (Renee) am joined by the incredible Rebecca Levy — somatic sexologist, trauma-informed practitioner, and one of the most pivotal humans in my own healing journey.

Rebecca has supported me through PTSD, helped my Murray and I navigate some very sticky moments in our relationship, and is the first practitioner I recommend whenever someone asks where to turn for support, connection, or reconnection.

Since so many of you end up being referred to her, I figured it was time you got to meet her yourself. In this episode, Rebecca introduces her work, her approach, and the power of embodied healing in relationships, intimacy, and self-connection.
