This is the first episode of Season 2. It's been a whole year since the last one. I've decided to mix up the approach and to include podcasts where I chat through topics that turn me on and to also do interviews like I did last year!

This episode is all about my experiences with UTI's, so if you're someone who experiences them regularly or you know others who do, please send this episode to them!

In this episode I chat through my 3 biggest tips for helping to manage and heal UTI's.

1. Make sure that you actually have a UTI and that it's not pelvic pain or bladder pain from interstitial cystitis as both of these present quite similarly to a UTI
2. Try the supplements D-mannose and Colloidial Silver to eradicate bacteria from your bladder
3. Stop e-coli from reaching your urethra with more careful steps for hygiene

Barbara Muschinsky Brodtkorb Aka. Sexia De Trix is a private practicing therapist specialising in romantic relationships, intimacy, sexuality and communication. David W. Wahl, PhD is a social psychologist and sex researcher. He obtained his doctorate from Iowa State University with his dissertation, “Speaking Through the Silence: Narratives, Interaction, and the Construction of Sexual Selves.” Both as a professor and as a researcher, Dr. Wahl’s work focuses on issues related to sexual desire and behavior, shaming and stigmatization, sex and gender, sexual violence, sex work, and human trafficking. In addition to publishing research work, Dr. Wahl is working on a book detailing the process by which sexual selfhood is developed in the life course.
