Moufawad-Paul, from Toronto, Canada comes on to discuss with me his book, "The Communist Necessity", how some mass movements in the past have failed, why organization and a new return to Revolutionary Science are necessary, and Marxism/Maoism's usefulness and necessity in all of this. Ultimately, we discuss why and how Communism a necessity.

In this episode, I discuss and kind of vent about the things that have been on my mind lately. During these last few weeks, the pandemic has begun to get to me. But during that time, I have been reading and studying and I have been able to bring myself back out a bit with the hope and inspiration that these things have given me.

I myself have recently began to self-critique and recognize how little I pay attention to, learn from/about and incorporate into my studies Indigenous culture, struggle and living, breathing people. Today most of our obsession with Indigenous folks is in the Spectacle of Suffering that we participate in, "remembering" them, and taking part in half-asses, Liberal white-washed history of Native peoples. But Native people are alive today, fighting, struggling and resisting and they always have, and always must in our white supremacist, settler-colonial state.

In this episode, my comrade Ramiro and I discuss a few different things. We start out by discussing who ANTICONQUISTA is, what it does, and its goal. Then we bounce into a little discussion about the lack of political or social consciousness in the average American person today, and why that's a problem. Then, diving right into it we begin to discuss a few different reasons why we feel Marxism, or Marxism-Leninism, is a scientific analysis that allows us to correct these problems, how it gives us that tool and knowledge, why we should use Marxist theories to analyze the world we live in, what importance critical thinking grants us, and how all of this is a part of one big movement towards Socialism; we even talk in brief about Socialism as a process and not a state of being!
