2020 Census shows Mississippi 1 of 3 states to lose population _ With those numbers, Mississippi will retain four congressional seats in the U.S. House of Representative. According to a recent report: Redistricting – The Fight For Fair Maps In Mississippi put out by ACLU Mississippi in August of 2021, the current legislative lines maximize the number of districts with White populations while heavily concentrate Black voters into certain districts, effectively bleeding surrounding districts of Black voters.  https://www.aclu-ms.org/en/publications/redistricting-report-2021
