Are you living by faith or by sight? As you listen to today's message from Pastor Mike, he explains to you that when you're in Heaven that's when you can live by sight. You might be thinking, though, that God is too big, too powerful, and mysterious to be known – but that’s simply not true! You, like pretty much everyone else, probably like to get gifts. It doesn’t matter if it’s Christmas morning, a birthday celebration, or something out of the blue, most people appreciate gifts. But what about God? Does He like getting gifts? Well, today, Pastor Mike shares that the best gift that you can give God is a life lived in obedience to Him. Today, Pastor Mike tells us about King David's conversation, with his son, Solomon. He recounts his life, from the days of tending his father's sheep, all the way to being King of Israel. Woven through it all, is his relationship with God. No doubt, when David was alone, out in the field, with the sheep, at night, he was awestruck, by the vastness of the heavens. He knew God, personally, in so many ways. And, in looking at the stars, and all of creation, he could see that they bore witness of the True God.
