  • The Better Blokes Project - Season 2 - Episode 6 - Midseason chats

It's easy... Thats the general consideration we've had about all of the 1%er's we've had on the show so far... and thats the point!

Mental well-being doesn't always need to be doom and gloom, and the blokes we've had on the show so far, are prime examples of how 'ordinary' blokes have managed their mental health well-being, and often their advice, isn't a hard thing to start.

We acknowledge that sometimes mental health can throw you a curveball and that can be hard, but we all have 'mental health' and this is our thoughts on the past 5 conversations and our reflections on how we've included their advice in our own lives.

This channels purpose is to give blokes a platform to share some small bits of advice that would help improve the lives of others, regardless of their gender.

**This episode does touch on some sensitive topics. If something in this episode triggers you, please contact Lifeline - 13 11 14, call a mate, or contact your GP.

  • The Better Blokes Project - Ep 10 - Collective Consciousnesses and the story that opened my mind!

Brain bender, mind blower or potentially a sub-conscious slap to your consciousness! This episode we dive into the world, and the life of local North West Tasmanian, Nathan Whittle...

Honestly this episode dives into some deep stuff, and there are numerous heavy themes that will not be for everyone, but I encourage everyone to listen to the end, because I have no doubt there are some nuggets of wisdom and some experiences shared that will really hit home for a few people listening.
