No one knows for sure when their life will be taken from them, or the day when Christ will return. As Pastor JD teaches us in today’s message, we should be living every day as if it could be our last. If there is a relationship that needs mended or a person you can share the gospel with, don’t put it off, because you may not get the chance tomorrow.

It is easy to be fearful when we are confronted by those that oppose our message. For most of us the only thing on the line is our social standing or reputation. As they arrogantly try to take on the God of Elijah, they are quickly brought into submission by His great power.

Whether you are in a time of adversity, or a time of prosperity, God is sovereign and He deserves your praise. In today’s message, Pastor JD challenges us to praise God and trust in Him, even when we find ourselves in the midst of hardship. It is in those hard times that you have the opportunity to see just how desperate your need is and how sweet and plentiful His love is.

The Bible says that when the rapture takes place, people will not expect it...that it will come as a thief in the night. But, the Bible also says that this WILL NOT be the case for believer's. God has given us His Word to help determine the seasons...the times surrounding our Lord's return. Pastor JD exhorts us to not relax because we now have a conservative president...Jesus can come back at any time.

Ambassador Haley recently strongly rebuked the United Nations for their ridiculously biased approach to the nation of Israel. Is this a sign that God's blessing will return to America?

Satan has no compassion for you. His desire is solely your destruction in his battle against your Creator. As Pastor JD instructs us in today’s message, we must not have any tolerance for even the slightest hint of sin in our lives. We need to eradicate it, because it will destroy us if we don’t.

Have you ever let pride get in the way of reconciling a damaged relationship or fixing a past mistake? As Pastor JD continues to lead us through 1st Kings, we see in the story of Ahab’s demise, how dangerous this pride can be. You pride is never worth a broken relationship, let alone your life.

The truth doesn’t always feel good. More often than not, it’s not what you were hoping to hear. As Pastor JD explains in today’s message, there are many voices in the world saying that everything’s going to be fine, just live how you want to live, but we need to be the voice of truth for a world that desperately needs Jesus.

A God who would allow souls to perish and spend eternity in Hell is often interpreted to be a cruel, heartless God. As Pastor JD explains in today’s message, that is an inaccurate interpretation of His character. He is a just God who has offered His own Son to die out of the depth of His love for mankind. When mankind rejects that great gift, it breaks His heart.
