Hot & Spicy Pringles from Thailand. Sure, there’s no such flavor as ‘hot’ or ‘spicy’ but that’s not stopping Pringles in Thailand from goin’ for it! Funny thing is, these are way more interesting that just ‘hot’ and ’spicy.’ Check it out.

Can It Sandwich? Saturday is here and it’s time to sandwich. This week's contenders include the delicious Scallop Butter Garlic potato chips from Lay’s of Thailand, the tasty Double Crunch Jalapeño Cheddar Ruffles from Canada, and the kinda ‘meh’ Buttermilk Sweet Onion potato chips from Lillie’s Q. The last one barely had sweet onion and zero buttermilk flavor but I think the sweet onion might be enough to help this sandwich pull through. Let’s find out, shall we?

Oh Canada! Bring the Double Crunch jalapeño and cheddar action south of the border to the US of A (to be honest, I think we have these here as well but not 100% sure). Big ups to Michale Rosen for sending these down. So, do they live up to the hype? Let us be the ones who find out.

Buttermilk and sweet onion sound like a tasty, tasty combo and one that I’ve not seen on a potato chip thus far. You might remember I reviewed Lillie’s Q Carolina Dirt Barbeque flavored potato chip the other week and found them to be pretty tasty. Naturally, that sets expectations for these potato chips. Let’s see how they did, shall we?

Yep, Lay’s of Thailand is back again this week. This time with a seafood flavored chip. But not just any seafood, scallops. The classic combo of scallops, butter, and garlic…on a potato chip?! Could be glorious or disastrous. Let’s see which it is, shall we?

Can It Sandwich? Yes, popcorn is being sandwiched for the first time on Can It Sandwich? Exciting times, no? I mean, I’m also doing Lay’s of Thailand Mac and Cheese potato chips as well as Lay’s Wavy Jerk Chicken potato chips so it’s not a popcorn takeover. But still, kinda fun, no?

Yes! I finally found these dang flavors. I’d been looking all over and didn’t see them anywhere…until I popped into a 7-11 to buy a beverage. Lo and behold, there they were! So, the first of three limited edition flavors from Lay’s that we’ll try is Jerk Chicken. This can be a daunting flavor to tackle especially given that SE Grocers, Western Family, and Walkers all nailed it already

I love Thai food. From Pad See Ew to Mac and Cheese, I…wait, what? Yes, that’s right. A potato chip flavor that should be on every shelf in America, Mac and Cheese, isn’t for some reason. Which means when I see it from anywhere else in the world I jump at it. Sure, I joked around but just because they’re from Thailand but not a Thai dish, absolutely does not mean they can’t be awesome. So let’s see if they are, shall we?
