This month has been all about dads. We are wrapping up this month with an interview with my long time friend, Daryl Jones. He and his wonderful wife Kamica have 7 children, 4 of them girls. He shares personal experiences and general encouragement regarding the role of dads in daughters lives. 

Daryl is the founding and senior pastor of The Rock Fellowship Church in Miami, Florida. 

The role of a father in a child's life is critical. We often focus on dad's being absent by choice or force, but what about death? Today, we are chatting with Shenikwa Bailey Cager (daughter of Pastor E.K. Bailey). She gives a refreshingly authentic and encouraging look into the process of moving through the grief and growth process after the death a father.
