In the moment with Mandy

Sharing the exciting news and how beautiful love is with that special person. Appreciating each other, good communication and learning that if we choose a more positive way to speak to each other then we are more likely to have better outcomes.

Delving into what values we have in different areas of our life, in what order and why we put them in this order. There will be different interpretations of what certain values / words means to us. How we implement them into our lives will be what works for us as individuals and not to be compared to how others may do it. It has to work for you and feel good.

Feeling out of alignment can be frustrating and draining and hard to feel hopeful in the moment that there is a solution to feeling back in alignment. Speaking about it can be so helpful and having guidance from a different perspective.

Sometimes we can feel our energy being drained in certain situations or when around certain people …. It’s not anyone else’s responsibility to make us feel good … it’s our own responsibility. Recognising the signs and taking action is up to us, and in some cases out of our hands, but this can sometimes be a blessing that just gave us that nudge we needed.

When you truly feel driven to follow in a passion and purpose to inspire others and invest in your self growth, anything is possible. My guest today Katy West is the owner of DASH beauty and training academy and is proof of that.

Around 3 years ago I started reading an inspiring quote every day and it really helped so I started sending them to a variety of people who I thought would benefit from them. This has now grown to around 40 people that I send to and I love how it has helped so many. Creating affirmations cards was the next step and having a vision board is a fab way to really manifest your desires, dreams, goals etc. The excitement of really envisioning them is such a good feeling that attracts more of it. The universe always delivers.

Age is only a number right !! It also brings lots of treasured moments and funny memories that I for one love to capture through videos, snap chat, tik tok insta etc …Giddy is my middle name and laughing is defo one of the best things anyone can do / listen to , it’s 100% my fave thing to do. Another year of learning, self growth and loving the process.

When you say affirmations whether it be out loud or just to yourself, you are intending what you are saying and sending a message to the Universe …. Starting your day this way sets the tone of how you create the day you decide to have.

Sometimes when you get out of your comfort zone it leads the way to what your purpose and calling is …. This is what happened 3 years ago to myself and the fun and feeling good is the ultimate proof.

A short excited intro of why I wanted to create a podcast …how I have changed my mindset for the better through the law of attraction and how feeling good and thankful each day is the key to living my best life.
